Stay away from MANHEIM ORLANDO. Location has gone downhill. Sold me a unit with unibody damage, yet it was certified which is a lie just for them to push a sale. Bad business practice. Today is was US that they misled, tomorrow will be YOU.

It’s really disturbing that if you are going to buy a car from this place you can’t test drive imagine if I can get away with this at my dealership , telling customers to buy without test driving !smh I ended up buying a car with bad axel , bad brakes and bad transmission just cause we are not allowed to test drive the vehicles!bad business all the way around but the they charge you 450 dollars buying fee ! Just totally unacceptable!

Folks, stay away from this Manheim location. We purchased a vehicle from them almost 3 months a go and filed and arbitration claim. After going back and fort for over 2 months and unrelated repair at a BMW Dealership, vehicle came back with the same issue. On top of that, they are trying to bill us for the unrelated repair, they themselves authorized. Still trying to recover our money. This has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE.

Had an issue leaving with a car I purchased on OVE, even though I had a gate pass. Instead of the Gate Agent explaining why, they simply said a bunch of things that made no sense to me, like they were on a "lockdown" and something about a "94" unit .... I told her I had no idea what. All that meant, I just knew that I had my gate pass, and paid for my car, and I had flown there with no ride back home(14 hours away) to Illinois...... When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said " well they're just gonna tell you the same thing" and then she in fact called him, put him on speaker, and with a caddy attitude, she told him that she had already told me, etc, etc.... and she handed me the phone. . . I spoke to him, And he very unprofessionallly told me that I would need to contact whoever gave me the gate pass. (I printed it myself from my Manheim Account) ..... So, this made no sense and I could tell by his tone, that he didn't care that I was confused... So, I was directed to put the van back where i got it from, and was not allowed to leave... I pulled out of the way, but refused to walk back a half a mile to where the car was located originally, so I called MANHEIM 1-800 number, and thankfully I was able to speak with someone and told them the situation and they were very helpful. After a few minutes on hold, I was able to leave with the vehicle. The agent on the phone was very polite and informed me that she'd remain on the line until I was through the gate. As I approached the gate, the he same gate agent was there and was not impressed by my return to the gate, and actually exchanged words with the Manheim agent who was on the line with me.... After a few eye rolls, and being made to feel belittled, I was finally able to leave after a 34 minute phone call. I appreciate the customer service agent on the phone who helped resolve this issue. I appreciated the reassurance from her that not ALL MANHEIM EMPLOYEES and MANAGERS are like them.... I responded by saying "I HOPE NOT". I WOULD GIVE THIS LOCATION LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD BASED OFF OF THIS INCIDENT. CUSTOMERS AND TRANSPORTERS PICKING UP CARS ARE JUST AS IMPORTANT AS SOMEONE ON THE PHONE, ONLINE, AT THE COUNTER OR ON THE AUCTION BLOCK. IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE IN A POSITION WHICH MEANS YOU WILL BE DEALING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU NEED TO HAVE A GENERAL SENSE OF HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE AND HOW TO SPEAK TO THEM WITHOUT MAKING THEM FEEL BELITTLED. WE ARE THE REASON YOUR JOB IS NEEDED. Do BETTER MANHEIM ORLANDO, DO BETTER....

Show update on my first review, carnival remote place across town to from my location, detour on the way to the auto auction, asked to leave by unhinged employee that work for the auto auction. Female, thinks that she can delegate when a 50 something year old man can go to the restroom, and wants to know my name. I just walked away

This Location does not have a ForkLift for their INOP TRA sale come on Manheim Orlando you can do better!! HIRE A FORKLIFT OPERATOR!! It is almost impossible to pull out a non runner vehicle out of there, makes no sense that an auction house of this level doesn’t not have one. MANHEIM CENTRAL FLORIDA does!
