No one ever answers the telephone. So I decided to show up one day, even though there is no response at the business. Guess what? There is a sign outside, a large one, advertising phone service and whatnot. And the door is locked. This is during business hours. No sign, no nothing, where are you?

Thank you so much Natalia you were the best you made my day!!! I loved her service she treated me with so much respect and kindness when I was super stressed about my phone! It would not turn on at all. She plugged it up to a charger and it turned on right away! And she was able to recover all my stuff which was great Without any troubles! Thanks again sweet grillll

Store hours need to be update online and window.I went to this store because online is says it closes at 7pm. I arrived at 6:42 PM There was a young man sitting the chair behind the register with the doors locked I looked at sign it say hours 11am to 7 pm . The young man came to the door stated he closed at 6pm and said all metro closes at 5 or 6 on Sunday. I told him to update the window also he didn't care.

Terrible service.Tried to give me a new agreement because i was upgrading my phone.The upgrade they offered like 20 dollars off of original price and it was actually a downgrade from what i had.What a messs.

Last time I was at this store I seen a female employee being very disrespectful to a male customer. I should have left the store but I need a phone urgently. When the customer left dhe was very rude to my wife and I. That was some time ago. Hopefully she is not working their or got fired.Ill go back to check one of these days.
