I had an appointment to update my driver’s license and was seen right on time. Ms. Towens (window 22) was friendly, polite, and very competent, which made the whole experience pleasant and smooth.

The staff member Carmen from W17 was very nice and helped me solve a lot of issues with the titles of my cars. She was very patient in clarifying all my doubts. Orange County Tax Collector’s Office should be proud to have a staff like hers.

I had my appointment at 9:45 I was called to a window, when I walked to it ,somebody else was being helped there (the guy just walked to the widow) Did not wanted to interrupt and decided to go and ask for help at the desk.
A lady told me”they will call you again in 3 min”
It is been 30 min I have asked and explained my situation to 3 staff members. They all say “they will call you again”.
Finally other clerk took me to do another appointment. Something that I asked if It was needed to do SINCE THE BEGINNING.
Not to add their actitud if they would hate their life. I understand it is a stressful job. Especially when there is rush time. But maybe you guys would get as much rush time if you help from the begging and not when you are tired of someone asking for help.

Just moved to the area so had to visit this office a couple of times to get drivers licenses & tags for our cars (this could have possibly been done in a day, but we came later in the afternoon). We were greeted with a smile each time from someone who seemed to really enjoy their job, enjoy helping us with the process. It was such a refreshing experience. Special call-out to Nyree & Alherte for their kindness and patience as we learned what all was needed to become permanent Florida residents. They were both so friendly, helpful and accomodating. We appreciate the both of you!

Visited West Oaks office. My overall experience was excellent. Young Lady Janette R. helped me out with additional endorsement on my driver license. She was extremely courteous, polite and knowledgeable. People like her surely deserve recognition. Thanks to Mr. Randolph for all his efforts to make his offices great.

Hands down the fastest in and out service I have experienced at a DMV. Checked in for my 11:30 am appointment at 11:26 via the kiosk. By the time I walked around the corner to take my seat and wait, my name was already up on the call screen directing me to window 50. Upon walking to my designated window, I was greeted proptly by a woman named Tongela. Let me tell you, Ms. Tongela made my DVM experience delightful. That is a word I never thought I would use in the same sentence as the DMV. She was kind, personable, funny annnd she got me in/out in a matter of minutes. Thank you Tongela! Keep up the awesome work, you are appreciated.

This may sound crazy and honestly I’m surprised I’m even writing it but I had the best experience ever at the west oaks mall Orange County Tax collectors office yesterday! Now don’t get me wrong it did take me all day to get everything I needed to get done accomplished. However the customer service I received from Tongela at window #50 and her neighbor at window #49 was top tier. Not only did they inform me of issues I didn’t know I had with my tag but also they helped me research where the problems originated from. Tongela even went out of her way several times to look up contact information for the departments I needed to speak with to correct the issues….. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. On top of everything they did to make my experience pleasant and my time actually enjoyable in the dmv(yes you read right enjoyable) together Tongela and her neighbor at window #49 actually gave me a a strategy that actually saved me hundreds of dollars on my toll bill to help me save money on getting my tag renewed. This is something they did not have to do at all but speaks to the kindness of Tongela and her neighbor. If every dmv visit was like this I would come up here on the weekend just to hangout with good people… lol ok that may be a stretch but I can assure you I will never go to another dmv other than this one again and if I can help it Tongela will always be my rep to help me. Honestly Tongela and her neighbor in window #49 should be given a raise wheee they are no longer customer facing but we would be better served training others or directing the whole dmv department for the state heck better yet the country. We need there type of customer service, kindness, knowledge and general care for others in all the government departments! Give them both raises and promotions immediately they deserve it and more importantly we the people more individuals like them working for us in spaces like this. I truly hope the right individuals see this review and make the necessary adjustments needed to put the individuals in place to affect real change. If this review is unclear as to what that change needs to be let me make it plain Tongela in window #50 and her neighbor in window #49 need to be promoted given a raise and be leading the way in customer service, satisfaction and support they are truly the best!

Needed to update our drivers licenses for an address change. We showed up cold and had to make an appointment at the kiosks in the front lobby. Our appointment time was 30 minutes in the future but when we checked in (15 minutes early) they called us right back with almost no wait. We worked with Shanta who was kind, helpful, and speedy - in and out in under 15 minutes. Thank you Shanta!

Today I went and thought I might be a good wait or thinking what I was doing was going to take long time, but I was surprised in less than 5 minutes I was Out and Mimi took care of me on booth 25 she was so knowledgeable, understanding and professional, I was so glad I even asked her if there was somewhere to leave a review for her because I felt she deserved some appreciation.

Shoutout Jennifer, showed up with a ripped title but she was able to restore it to process the transfer. Most places would just turn you away but she went above and beyond. Give this queen a raise!
