The best car service I've had in a very long time. Nick was able to get an estimate and have me back on the road within an hour. The repair was estimated at $385 but after closer inspection only came to $90. I can't ever remember a service center doing that. It's nice to know some people are still. Honest and service oriented. This is my repair shop for life!

After telling the office manager about my turbulent experience at the Clermont location, they managed to repeat the same issue of an oil leak after an oil change. I brought it back after noting the leak only to bring it home down at least a quart. I called back to see if I could get it topped up at the closer location and was told that I would be charged for the oil. WOW! WHAT HAPPENED TO THEIR MOTTO POSTED THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS FIRST?

The folks at Pep Boys provided prompt service to installing four new tires. They were also very careful with my low profile side walls so that my rims are safe. Definitely recommend and will come back in the future.

Came in to Mavis tire across the street to get a quick patch on my tire that had a nail in it, it was a two hour wait because none of the mechanics had shown up for work. I called Shawn across the street at Pep Boys and he said he would take care of me immediately, I drove over there and he gave me five star service immediately I will continue to give Pep Boys my business and thank you for the great service Sean
