Petsmart Grooming killed my dog. A few months ago, me and my family took our dog in for a grooming and days later he unexpected died out of nowhere. He was fine before he was seen and now he is not here anymore. I am just devastated.

They have two cockatiels. Both were exhibiting signs of unnatural behavior. They showed signs of possible diseases, and they were in a poor mental state. They were not being taken care of properly. Made me feel horrible for those poor birds.

You pay through the nose for pet care, and they tell you four days for an emergency. Or go somewhere else. Yet we go in for a wellness check, and they're handling an emergency. $700 later, i dislike Petsmart even more!

My French is Chole got her paw stuck in my small cross body purse when I lifted her out of her car seat, I couldn't see how it was stuck but she was in pain, one of the customers on her way in tried to help but couldn't so I went into Pet Smart and asked the cashier if someone could help me get her unstuck. So he called the manager, who successfully got her paw out without causing physical harm. I really appreciated everyone's help. Thank you
