Was picking up some popcorn chicken and was heading to checkout, I saw a cashier in the isle that was free, so I walk up, and she looks at me and says, “ oh that one is open too “ so she obviously didn’t want to attend me. I said “ oh ok “ not expecting that reaction, and go in to the register next to hers and their is no one there. I wait, look over at her, and she says. “ Oh she’s coming “. So now this is a dumb and completely unnecessary situation because her job is to attend customers, and I only had 1 item, so I’m waiting for a cashier to attend me because another was being lazy. I could have been out by that time and by the end I was left with a bad taste of this location that I frequent. Employees should be trained to attend to all customers and not pick and choose who they want to help.

I work at the fire station next to this Publix. The employees are friendly and I've gotten to know some of them personally. There is a smile on everyone's face and there is always someone near by to help. The store is kept clean and if I ever get a call for work the managers always allow me to leave my food in the fridges by the front so I can get back to shopping right away when I get back. As always the food is consistently good, and although pricey there's always good deals especially with the meats. You can find good cuts of steak here cheaper than places such as ALDIs at times. Thank you everyone at this Publix for excellent customer service and taking care of us at the fire station!

Several times this week i attempted to purchase plain unbattered wings and they were either out or only had hot and spicy.on Saturday at approximately 4:30 again they have 6 boxes of hot and spicy no plain ,i asked the young lady how long it would take to prepare some plain ,she ask the cook and the response relayed to me was a "long time". please note the previous evening at 6pm i was told it was not possible to prepare them.,so on Saturday i asked the young to give me the ones on display so she counted 13 and gave them to me and charged me more for 13 wings than 20!!!!.I wolud have given this 1 star if not for the Zuruchi

I was at your store this morning. Many customers coming in without masks, no social distancing, people not following the isle guidelines, employees not telling them to turn around and go into the next isle. Can't go back there!!!

I had an amazing experience the other day. I met a gentleman by the name of Greg who went way out of his way to help me find something I was looking for. After he couldn’t locate it in the main store, he went over to Publix Liquors and retrieved it out of a drink mixer kit. In most stores this would be looked down upon but my experience was obviously infinitely more important to him than keeping a pre-made drink mixer kit in tact. Now I have the large ice cube molds I was looking for and I am reminded why shopping is a pleasure here. Thank you Greg!
