Place was clean & organized. I had an appointment for 7:10am, got there 15mins before to check in and they call me at the exact time of my appointment. The nurse was very nice and I was there for like 5mins. Everything was easy and fast, definitely will visit again.

I usually have no problem at this place but I had an appointment at 10:10 am and checked in and was waiting for about an hour. Spoke to a women with blonde hair and asked how long they were running behind on appointments and all she said was I don't know and walked away. Waited more and spoke to another lady, told her I'be been waiting and didn't see my name on the screen and she also did nothing. Finally spoke to George, told him my situation and he said he needed proof that I had an appointment??? Showed him my qr codes and text messages and he had the audacity to tell me I was late even though I just told him i've been waiting for over an hour at this point. Told me I will have to check in as a walk in and that there was nothing he could do and "oh well" with a disrespectful attitude. Finally I left but this was extremely unprofessional and not one person was helpful at all.

Disaster office. Sat an hour past appointment nobody called us then canceled apt. Horrible! Staff was incredibly rude especially dealing with a child.

Denise took care of me, and was really patient with me, all things considered! I was on time, checked in, and realized I forgot my paperwork. I was able to run out and back in 15 minutes, and she was still able to accommodate my blood work. The staff I met were polite and professional, so nothing but 5 stars as far as I am concerned!

I had the pleasure to be greeted and served by Alida, a very welcoming and amazing phlebotomist from Venezuela. It was by far the very best service I have ever had specially at Quest. She showed that she loves her work and her patients and has a very positive attitude towards both and has a lot of ambitions in her life. She was very professional and made sure my requests were addressed with a high standard of quality perhaps because she was a nurse back in Venezuela. She definitely achieved and deserved the excellent 5-star rating from me. I am very happy to have met her and been served by her. I wish her all the best and Quest needs so many more like Alida!

I have been using this location for many years and they have always provided good service and the technicians are well skilled. Really unhappy with the upgraded changes they have made, you cannot talk with anyone unless they open the door to walk a patient back. A few months ago I had to return a sample, because I didn’t have an appointment and it was a drop off I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come out to take the sample. If I had known this I would have made an appointment to drop it off, it would have been nice if the staff had just told me that I couldn’t just walk in and drop it off. This is really impersonal, I wish you had a desk person to help!!

They held me down when I was a teenager. While this is a review of an experience now almost 10 years in the past, its still an experience that affects me to this day and keeping it to myself is tearing me apart. I thought I knew what was coming. There was going to be 1 Phlebotomist, let them know I have a severe needle phobia and needed them to talk about what they were doing as they did it. Simple things like 'going to stick you in 5 seconds'. That was not the case. Keep in mind, I was 15 years old, this wasn't my first blood test and I've had them multiple times at this point. Instead of what I expected, I got 2 Phlebotomists come into the room. One was a really big man, who held me down. The other one was an older woman who barely said anything to be. Sure, yes I was having an anxiety attack before I sat down on the chair, but being held down doesn't make it better. Not being given the chance to calm down didn't make it better. It made the whole experience terrifying. I don't know what my mother said to them that qualified me in their minds to automatically be held down without seeing me first, but the whole ordeal was entirely unnecessary and feels incredibly unethical. I wish I knew so I could've prevented this situation better. Now, because of this experience my needle and blood phobia was made so much worse. I started regularly passing out during blood tests and at even the sight of my blood. I avoid medical care as much as possible because I for sure don't want this to happen again. I never want to be held down again. I get queasy, upset, and feeling like I'm going to pass out whenever I think about needing to go to the doctors. Even now I still can't even think about blood tests without feeling extremely distressed. I've had nightmares about this for years now. Medical professionals please do better and listen to your patients, and for God sakes holding someone down is a last case scenario.

Positives: staff was friendly and the service was very quick. I didn't spend more than 15 minutes there in total.Negatives: Literally no customer service. After my visit, I had a simple question that wasn't addressed by the automated phone menu and there is zero option to speak to a human being. There is also nobody present in the building lobby, only the people in back who are taking samples. The only time you see someone is when they come out to call the next patient.

Quest Diasnostics' customer service is frankly deplorable. Plus they never tell you that you have a co-pay and one day you start getting a barrage of collection letters. I started going to this address because there was good staff, however, today I went to personally make a payment and a grumpy lady (as are the majority of workers in this company) with a multicolored braided wig made me schedule an appointment to process a payment For $5, the wait was at least 1 hour and the place was two people and me

Zero customer service. I have a time sensitive sample to turn in, and all they have are kiosks. There is no human available to talk to in the lobby. Your only hope is to talk to a human as they accept another patient. The computer system is also very confusing, even for someone who understands technology. I ended up helping several other patients while waiting for my sample to go bad. At least while I'm waiting, I have time to write this review.

I got here this morning without an appointment checked in. It was very clean. Very nice and then sheneeza called me to the back. it took about 20 mins. she was absolutely incredible. I am totally afraid of needles and she said let's do it and I didn't even feel it. It was incredible. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I appreciate that. Just wanted to let everybody know.
