Called for service, they state full service, can't do a water pump a timing belt. Not really a real garage then.
this is a follow up to your comment, a FULL service implies you do it ALL, so either you are incompetent or just false advertising what you are capable of. it isn't like I asked for an engine rebuild, which requires a certain amount of expertise, a water pump and timing belt are BASIC MECHANIC SKILLS.

Having been taking my car here for over a year and this is the best place in west orlando. The owner, his brother and their staff are top notch at diagnosing and giving advice. Great price, super transparent & communicative, very fast.
They helped me fix a minor problem the other day in the parking lot as they were closing so I had a car all weekend. Guys are literally the best.

Red was very professional in explaining the repair process of my car. It is a hybred so I was a tad anxious however his main mechanic Kumar knew everything and assured me that they could fix it. There charges were very affordable and i didnt feel like they were ever trying to upsale me on parts or work i didnt need.
If you live in central florida its with the drive to have these guys work on your vehicle!!

We have been going here for car repairs for almost 20 years. We have never had an issue until recently. They had to install 2 different new sets of struts on my car and both times they made an awful noise. Red took the time to do additional research and ended up ordering a 3rd pair, different brand, and they work perfect. It took so long just in labor to fix the problem and he was genuinely concerned and made sure that I was taken care of. They are awesome! Thank you for the great service.
