I was set up on an autopay loan at this location to help improve my credit. Somehow the bank removed me from autopay and then sent a late payment to the credit bureau. Worsening my credit! When I brought the issue to the award winning bank rep, she didn't seem to care. Obviously I’ve left since. Truist bank is amazing.

I’ve been banking with Regions for over 12 years. This branch exhibits the pinnacle of customer service. I always feel valued and I know they make my businesses a priority whenever I need help. I had an extremely negative experience at this bank with the Branch Manager Natasha Broumand. I have been a customer of Regions for years and this is the first time something like this has happened. I consider this situation to be a lack of professionalism, lack of privacy, and even harassment. I will make sure to escalate this issue. A manager is supposed to inform and educate their clients, to help and guide rather than cause problems.
