The store was fine. Every thing that I needed was in stock. But the worker that was there needs some training in working with the public. I wasn't greeted when I walked in nor was I asked if she could help me with anything. That was fine by me since I knew where to find all that I was looking for... It was just a little weird since usually the Sally's employees are very helpful. I laid my 13 things on the counter to check-out. She scanned everything and told me the total. As I was completing my CC transaction, I see her pushing all of my items under the plexi shield towards me. My transaction goes through and she tells me to have a good day. I looked at her, looked at my purchased items, and then looked back at her puzzled. She then says "No bags!". I repeat "You have no bags?" Then as she is walking away from behind the register she says "No bags. But you can buy one for 99 cents!" Whaaaat??? Its fine if you ran out of bags but tell the customer nicely and apologize for the inconvenience! Good God! She has no people skills! Luckily I had my son with me to help carry all my items. She was rude and unprofessional! Customer service is not the job for her!

I bought four boxes of hair color for approx. $30 then the sales rep looks at me and tells me they did away with plastic bags, I’d have to purchase a paper bag or carry my items out of the store in hand. What?! Sally’s doesn’t offer “Aldi” or “Save-A-Lot” prices so why do I have to pay for a bag. I had to walk to my car, items in hand which is plain ghetto. This is one of the most expensive beauty supple stores in Ocoee so I just don’t understand...I won’t be returning.

Service is good but they really need to work on being punctual and keeping the store open on the hours listed online or change them if you are going to be late and close for periods of time during the day.

I usually have a good experience at Sally but I just visited this location (not my usual) and the staff were especially friendly and attentive! Bailey in particular (who had amazing style!) gave me some great recommendations for products to try and was super sweet.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and no one addressed me or greeted me. I proceeded to search for the items I needed and headed to the line. No one assisted me, their was a lady in front of me being checked out who kept going back and forth with the products she wanted. The attendant didn't acknowledge me or apologize for the wait. I stayed in line for 7 minutes until another cashier arrived. She walked right passed me and proceeded to talk to her peer. I just walked out. very rude. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years that was completely in appropriate.

I love this location because the staff is always kind and knowledgeable. They really make me want to come back. Every time I get a coupon or deal I have to make a u-turn and come back!!!

The staff is never helpful, not knowing their own inventory and discontinued products has wasted my time several times. I often have to go to another Sally store, but from now on will just order all my stuff from Amazon. Sally's has had the same old products and crap forever, nothing new and cool.
