Review from 4.19.2021- I filed my 2019 taxes here and had many mistakes made by a preparer at SKD on my return that inhibited me from receiving the pandemic 2020 stimulus check. There have been no follow-ups on the amendment after I caught the mistakes. I’ve been struggling on my own to reach out to the IRS, attempt to get an update, and fix the problem by myself. Now a new stimulus has been passed that I will miss out on again due to a mistake I did not make and ultimately pay to not be made. Review 4.14.2022 - years have passed and I am happy to revise my initial review posted a year ago. Jillian (tax preparer) is an absolute angel and did everything in her power to correct and amend my tax return (she was also not the tax preparer that accidentally messed up my 2019 taxes. She just dealt with the aftermath). She got my stimulus money on my return in 2021 and also had handy question to add on to my deductions (many things in which she taught me to keep receipts and records for my 2022 taxes). There were many things I was unaware you could have as deductions before her and I will take that knowledge with me for the rest of my life. Amy (Office Manager) is equally amazing, responsive and reassuring. You know you’re in good hands when you’re handled by these two.

The tax pro was very nice and gentle. But the receptionist was rude. She treated me like I couldn't understand her, thou I speak both languages very clear. No one should be treated differently because of race or color.

We have used Sandy's services for many years. She has always been super great. She has helped us out many times and made sure that we got every deduction allowed. We ill keep coming back to her as long as we live in Florida.
