Worst Pharmacy in the Orlando Metro area. If I could give a half a star I would.A) ships temperature sensitive medication (such as emgality, Mounjaro, and Insulin) either with no ice pack, or a single small ice pack on the side of the box.B) staff try to mansplain to a RN who is very familiar with these drugs and their temperature requirements.C) has literally SENT the wrong persons drug to my house, and then sent someone to go collect it.D) has literally lost a controlled drug, and had to resend it.E) were told to HOLD a prescription at their office, but then they shipped it anyways... wasting an hour and half of my time driving there and back.F) Tried to hold our prescriptions hostage when we tried moving to another pharmacy.A sign of a good pharmacy is the way they handle mistakes, and prevents them from happening again. SmartCareRX is not a sign of a good pharmacy.

Seriously the best pharmacy I’ve ever experienced! They are always helpful when I call, someone always responds to me, and they are patient and kind! Never leaving this pharmacy highly recommend!

Like many of us going to the pharmacy is usually not fun because everything about big box pharmacies let’s you know loud and clear that you are just more work than anyone wants to do and sadly that to these pharmacies you really don’t matter.So I was and continue to be amazed and beyond grateful that the universe directed me to this wonderful company that does an amazing job willingly and with care and kindness. In a world that has gotten pretty scary it is close to a divine experience to be treated like a close friend that would do all that can be done to make sure you are healthy, safe and not being charged the cost of a new car for your medicine. Every single person that works there is not only providing a service we all need but they are making their small corner of the world as well as mine know that despite the horrors around us there is goodness so maybe brighter days are ahead. Sorry to gush but if you aren’t a client yet run, don’t walk to be treated and serviced in a way that always makes your day and you feel better. ?

Excellent pharmacy! The people that work here are so nice and efficient! Also, their prices are much more affordable than any other pharmacy and they deliver prescriptions for FREE! #1 best pharmacy! I will never use another Walgreens, Publix or CVS Pharmacy again!

Home delivery for me. Didnt know about this pharmacy but the doctor called in my RX there. Got a phone call from a real friendly guy asking me to confirm my address and told me when to expect the drop off. Got it in the promised time and excellent customer service!

Always help with getting insurance approvals. Calls whenever there are updates. The staff there really is friendly. And they get prescriptions filled really quick.

Smartcare Rx is the best pharmacy that I have used. My children are on a lot of different medications. I never have to worry about calling for the refills because the pharmacy is on top of that and makes sure that I have the refills on time EVERY time. They deliver them straight to my front door. I highly recommend!
