My girl Mi always does such an awesome job replicating any intricate design I pick out. I can always trust her to do a good job. She always makes my experience a 10/10! I can sit back, watch a movie and my nails always come out perfect. The salon as a whole is really accommodating, they always make sure their clients are comfortable and well taken care of.

I went in for a pedicure and if i could rate this zero stars i would. I walked in and was not greeted. I then eventually started my pedicure and the lady was rushing. Not only was she rushing she cut the tissue on the side of my toes. I kept telling her that it was hurting. Today it hurts to even walk because my toe feels raw. Then i had another lady come and do my acrylic on my big toes. As she is doing my acrylic the other lady went in the corner to sit. While she is on her phone i noticed her digging deep in each nostril with her fingers. Picking her nose over and over. I was so disgusted that I asked can the lady doing the acrylic if she doesn't mind to just go ahead and paint my toes, she then had the audacity to go and start putting towels away for clients along with other essentials without even washing her hands. Ten mins later the guy at the register cashed someone out and did the same thing. Picking his nose with his fingers!!!!!!! I am so disgusted by the unsanitary on top of customer service. My toes are red and cut up. I will NEVER go back to this place again. Worst experience ever.

Went the morning of Memorial Day 2025 my husband and I had manicures and pedicures we went in maybe was there 30 minutes other people were having their pedicures done when we walked in they were still having them done when we walked out when I got home. I noticed that I had to cut my own toenails because she did not cut them older woman, salt, and pepper black short hair Very unprofessional. They rushed my husband and I out of there. Not sure if they are homophobic but something is totally up and be aware because if they are homophobic, they might be racist as well.

My husband and I went today they rushed through our pedicure and manicure. Then got home they hadn’t even cut my husband’s toenails. He had to re-cut them. We were there before and they rushed through. We thought we’d give him a second try. There was a lady getting a pedicure when we first showed up when we left. She was still getting hers done we paid for the deluxe pedicure. What a waste of money.

I have never had a negative experience at SNS until today. The two young ladies working on my daughter and myself were two of the most rude, and nasty nail techs I've ever encountered. Talking about clients IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE is just plain bad manners, and definitely not good business practice. I only go to shops if I need something done last minute and cannot secure an appointment with a professional tech. This is why.

Where should I start ….KELLY(the owner) is Extremely fast and talented when it comes to her work… However I’ve noticed her fast and hard earned work DOES NOT LAST(will lift within same week. SHE ALSO CHARGES TOTALLY DIFFERENT (HIGHER) PRICES FROM THE OTHER TECHS! SHE WILL FAST TALK YOU OUT OF DESIGN THAT YOU DESIRE to COMPLETE FASTER
Nancy (Tech ) is an amazing when it comes to her work ….. ALTHOUGH THEIR SITE STATES THEY ACCEPT WALK INS … AS SOON AS THEY (Nancy & Kelly ) Has an APPOINTMENT WALK IN THEY WILL RUSH YOUR WORK AS IF YOUR MONEY DOSNT SPEND THE SAME… I SPEND SO MUCH MONEY THERE AND ALWAYS GETTING OVERCHARGD
