The staff was very nice. I had to get my equipment switched since the tech gave me the wrong one. They took care of it with no questions asked.

Paulina was extremely helpful and patient in getting both my current phone and wife's switched over to Spectrum. Boost Mobile had us jumping through numerous hoops which required a couple of visits and much effort to achieve. Paulina was both persistent and accommodating in getting through the process. Very pleasant and personable. She's an asset to Spectrum.6 months later: I was back to see Paulina this time to get a new phone. She explained the various options and my choice had to be ordered. Once I received it I returned and she activated it and transferred over all my info to the new phone. Once again she was very pleasant and efficient. If additional services are needed I will be seeking her out. Doubtless others there could have assisted me, but it is nice to have a trusted personal contact.

Awful and slow service. They told me it’s plug and play equipment but it’s plug and wait two hours on hold and speaking with absolutely unprofessional staff. UPD: it’s not the POOR experience it’s your POOR service

Update 7.9.23:Recently switched fm boost to spectrum cellular. Customer service is much improved, nite & day. We give credit where credit is due. They went above & beyond....1 out of 5I've been a spectrum customer for decades & the clerks at this location are just plain rude, even when the store has just 2 customers.They act as though you're bothering them. I quietly do what I need to do quickly & flee rapidly.

Stopped in to have them help me set up my new phone that I bought from Spectrum on line & they refused to help. Said I needed to call in. How do I call in when I’m setting up my only phone?

This those not have to do with the store. I cancelled the service and called Spectrum and they indicated that all equipment could be returned to any Spectrum store. I went here and they indicated that I have to go to the UPS store and free of charge I could send everything back. Waste of time, and not explain well on what to do with returning equipment. When they want your money it's all amazing. And when you leave it's like " screw them ".
