I drove an hour here, walked for 30mins to find it, and found out that, the spencers permanently closed a month ago, and they relocated to the Florida mall. The West oaks mall should change their map and signs, removing the spencers logo, because I followed those signs to a closed place. Also Google should update that it is closed, because it still says it's open online, and can be very misleading!If someone reads this I advise going to other Spencer's locations such as Florida mall, Sanford mall and Altamonte mall.

West Oaks Mall location is great. They are never that busy and always in stock. Plenty of parking. I just wish everything wasn't so expensive

Spencers gifts always has an interesting array of things, mostly geared toward adults or 18+. This is the only store in the West Oaks Mall that has been there since day one and STILL has yet to go out of business. That store is a lot of fun and I received it. Their prices are very good as well.

Drove like 20 mins to get here an over HOUR before close and they were just closing up early.. only Spencer's on this end of town def update the hours if you are going to do this

Me and my friend went to spencer to buy some stuff and we were just watching talking until one of the workers told us to leave and if we didn't he would call security for doing absolutely nothing his reason was because we were putting things back which we only put back a beanie.

It’s a Spencer’s, Spencers are awesome. The people that work at spencers are awesome. Even though I know what’s in there I always walk through it every time I visit the mall☢️♾☢️did you know Spencers has great adult gifts at good prices???❤️?

Spencer always have the gauges I need and it really lovely it is a small place but you can move around and the got alot stuff stock up depending what time of vibe you on and exactly what you into. Oh and the employee are super nice helpful and make conversation.
