I would definitely recommend this salon. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and ask which service I was looking to get. I got something simple just a polish change. I didn’t get the ladies name who did my toes, but she did an amazing job.she asked me what did I want and I want the shape of my toes to be. The final result was absolutely beautiful! I would come back again.
Requested style: I got a French tip. The lady who did my toes did phenomenal on the tip. She made sure before she put me under the LED light that it was as I wanted it.
Cleanliness: The salon is beautiful As soon as you walk in.

Bad customer service, they knew the service that I came in for. Called 20 minutes before arriving; sat in the waiting area for two hours. They eventually told me that I couldn’t be serviced today. To come back the following day. Not very professional!!!
Requested style: Requested a soak off and a full set.

My recent visit to Star Nails was incredibly disappointing. The technician began by prying off my nails without the proper wrapping, which resulted in the complete breakage of one of my nails. Additionally, the technician hastily applied and removed the wrap in less than 5 minutes, displaying a lack of attention and care. As a long-time SNS user, today's experience was the worst I've had. I hope for significant improvements in the future to prevent others from having similar negative experiences."
