Why is service horrible at this location last 5 months average time in drive thru 20-30 minutes!!! After bank change to Truist ridiculous I will change banks since customer service means nothing to them

THIS BANK IS BEING BOUGHT OUT BY BB&T!!! IM SURE THEY HAVENT SHARED THAT WITH ANYONE!!! This bank is a complete joke. Dont come here if you own a business. They will continue taking your money and tells you well there is nothing we can do. I wouldn't refer anyone to this bank if it was the last bank on this earth. The charged me $38 for an overdraft 5x when my money was literally in the bank. And I doubt these reviews are monitored by a real person.

Don't trust SunTrust with your money. The employees don't care about you they are just happy to have a job. They want your money and that's it. They have terrible customer service and have proven to hold your money, not secure it safely. Watch your back. Any bank option is better than this one.

Would be nice if they were as fast in drive thru as inside Counter service don't understand why there is always a wait??? Other Sun trust move their drive thru very fast
