In all my years of doing business with banks Truist Bank has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. It took over two months to close an account and have the money sent to me. They offered no explanation of the taxes that were withheld. I will never do business with them ever again !

So sad that since great bank - SunTrust - that my step father served on the board of when it was a regional bank in Miami has gone so bad! I've been trying to contact the mortgage department to discuss my HO insurance renewal so their records are correct and they don't "force" insure me. But you can't reach a human. So I went to call the branch manager here on Hwy 50 in Ocoee and it says the numbers disconnected. People start looking for other banking options! Truist has gone woke and will start using ESG rules to regulate your money! No wonder their stock is off by 60% in a little over a year. My guess is they are in serious financial trouble on loan assets and interest rate explosion. Be careful they could easily fold. Particularly if they have a large commercial real estate holding!

Been trying to schedule an appointment for over a MONTH! But never ever openings but when I go to deposit money they are nearly always empty . It’s exhausting at thisPoint. Better service please !? Everytime I call it just hangs up after the second ring

HORRIBLE customer experience as it relates to the personal banker (Sherri Balwant) communicating back to you regarding a wire fee return (which was HER error in the first place). She gives you the runaround stating that only the manager can process this. However, I’ve emailed her twice (no response back to my emails - rude) and I’ve spoken to her over the phone and nothing has happened. She claims that she spoke to the manager regarding this; however, nothing still has been done in almost a month. Where’s the follow up?? Why was this never completed?? I will no longer be using this branch for my banking needs.

This bank is horrible! I need to change my address and waited in the teller line for 30 minutes only to be told that she can't change my address, I have to wait for the personal banker. I have now been waiting for almost 2 hours for the personal banker. I just need to change my address!! They also have a limit at their ATM. You can only withdraw so much per day. I have asked multiple times to have the limit increased. So I have my own money in the bank that I cant have access to! Inconvenient and time consuming to bank here! You can count on waiting in LONG lines! I will be switching to chase bank!

The worst customer service experience from online banking to visiting the branch. When I opened my business account I was advised to call for password and login assistance for online banking to then be told by a representative from the contact center “I don’t know why they tell you guys to call when we can’t help with online banking registration” so I go to the branch where I meet the business banking specialist/manager. As I explained the troubles I had with online registration, he did show empathy neither did he address the misinformation or apologized for the inconvenience of me having to visit the branch for a service that could have been fixed online.Next, I tried speaking him about why I chose Truist, my interest in business banking, offering to provide my business plan and I also gave him projections for my business. He sat there without any interest in blank stare (literally) and did not carry conversation or try to assist in answering my questions about the best products fit for my business model. It got so awkward with the one sided conversation that I just got up and left. There was no “okay great, is there anything else I can assist with” “do you have any questions” he just looked at me… I came in very positive and excited about being able to sit down with a banker in person to discuss my business needs and left questioning if this is right bank for me.I tried opening another account using my log in today and I received an era message saying to come into the branch. So I make another trip. This time I’m asked to sit and wait for the same manager and I’m waiting for over an hour. There’s no one in the teller lines, the tellers are just sitting looking through the glass but no one walked over to check on the customers waiting for service. It was great to actually see him show interests and help a customer though. I guess it depends on your background or income how great your service will be.

Why is service horrible at this location last 5 months average time in drive thru 20-30 minutes!!! After bank change to Truist ridiculous I will change banks since customer service means nothing to them

Arrived at 3:41, only three customers in line, and it took until 4:23pm to get service, then Noel said it would be no problem to cash a check bc I had an account, waited until after it was endorsed then proceeded to inform me that they could only deposit the money. Worst customer service ever.

The worst stuff, they are so rude, i went for just my P.O box they make me wait for and hour, nobody even look at me ,they are just going here and here without even bothering their self to ask if I need an assistance, I will close my bank account there very soon

Abel Marte has been the best banker I have ever had. His customer service, knowledge, professionalisim and care for what is best for his clients are exceptional. I truly feel confortable knowing that he will always guide for what is best for me. If you ever go to this branch, make sure you ask for him because I have no doubt he must be one of the best asset in SunTrust
