From I move into this place I have had issues with my apartment. There has numerous cases of leakages in my apartment. I reported it to the manager and she was very rude and did nothing about it. I asked to be moved to another unit and she says no. In her opinion I must stay in any apartment that definitely needs fixing and if I break my lease then I must pay them $2400. To make matters worse when you flush the toilet the water is coming back into the apartment through the floor. There has been cases of mold growing in the apartment .I showed the manager this and she was rude and needs some customer service training. I wonder how she got into that position as she is not worthy of the office . They draw you in with cheap rates online and when you come in to sign the contract it is a different thing. In my case they told me that the rent was 1230 but when I got here it was 1320.The apartment complex is pretty clean and relatively pretty peaceful. My advice is don't move to this apartment complex. I am about to file a claim against them with the better business bureau and the attorney general office as they have an idiot as a manager running the leasing office.

So far, so good! Destiny was amazing from the first day I enquired to the day I collected my keys. Collecting my keys was a smooth and informative process. Black appliances but I'll live. Everything works well so far. Should there be any issues or should Arium continue to do a good job, I will post other reviews as updates.

Isabelle was absolutely amazing in helping us with the move in process. We had some issues with our move in but management acted quickly and resolved it. Apartments are in a great location and conveniently located to everything.

I'm happy with the Apartment weak. It's spacious enough for all for far was to be living in 2 and we are happy that it's very affordable for us and it's very close to all of our jobs, it's much easier for transportation. I'm also happy with the communication when it comes to the landlords and how if we needs to fix they'll get it within dare to and I'm really happy about that because it makes sure lives a little easier, they also always check up on us, they always see how we're doing. See how we're feeling about stuffand they always listen to our feedback.

The move in process was super easy, the moment I walked in the office Destiny welcomed me with open arms every leasing office should have a Destiny in my opinion she is very friendly and walked me through the whole process even when my unit needed to be changed before I moved in. Thank you so much Destiny you are an amazing person. My son and I love our Apartment.

My application and move in was very easy. They welcomed me with open arms and Destiny helped me through it all. The apartment is nice and clean and they even gave me a welcome package with a few toiletry items.

ARIUM at lakeview in Ocoee is one of the nicest and decent older apartment complex standing. I must say Destiny was fantastic she was humble and accommodating. I must say she has a lot of patience also. Thank you again destiny for this transition girl, keep up the good work ??.
