The Paw Shop is a great pet groomer with wonderful, friendly, and courteous staff who are like family. The service is great and the people are wonderful with the dogs, providing perfect haircuts and taking good care of pets. They patiently work with dogs that are difficult to groom, even when terribly matted, easing owners' anxiety. Customers report great first-time experiences, with pets looking great and smelling great for days afterwards. Many state it is by far the best pet groomer they have ever been to and that they will never go anywhere else again, becoming repeat customers for all future grooming needs. While there was a minor scheduling discrepancy with online booking on one occasion, the service was still provided without issue. The Paw Shop is highly recommended for all pet grooming services.

I've been going to this shop from when I first moved here in Ocoee and the place is great my dog Ox before he passed away and my dog prince Shaka I love the staff and the owner they are like family so I wish them Success now and forever.

The Paw shop is by far the best Pet Groomer I have ever taken my baby to. I have a Pomskie & not everyone knows how to groom them. They did an awesome job on my CHUBOKA and I will never take him anywhere else again
