Took my puppy to get her first cut at an undisclosed location and they refused her because of the matting on her legs. Fast forward to me reaching out to The Paw Shop, and let me tell you from the great customer service I received over the phone to the perfect hair cut despite my baby being terribly matted. Thank you all so much for easing my anxiety and taking good care of my baby. Looking forward to booking more grooming services with you all. With love God bless!

I've been going to this shop from when I first moved here in Ocoee and the place is great my dog Ox before he passed away and my dog prince Shaka I love the staff and the owner they are like family so I wish them Success now and forever.

The service is great and the people are wonderful with the dogs. I subtract a star because I booked on the website, and it gave me a 9 am time but they didn't open or get there until 930... I'm not sure what happened there, but I'm not a fan of personal communication (hence the online book), so I just went with it and they took my baby at 930 no questions asked. They took my second pup at 1230 which was my second online schedule with no problem as well... will definitely use them for all our future grooming needs ... actually, I'm changing it to 5 stars. The Paw shop is by far the best Pet Groomer I have ever taken my baby to. I have a Pomskie & not everyone knows how to groom them. They did an awesome job on my CHUBOKA and I will never take him anywhere else again

Lashonda and the staff here are great! They are so friendly and courteous. Our dog is very difficult to groom and many wouldn't take unless we sedated her. Lashonda told me not to do sedation but just leave her with her. She patiently works with here and is getting her more accustomed to be handled. Our dog always smells great for days afterwards and looks great!Thanks Lashonda girl you work magic with our dog.

I took my Shih Tzu, Lola here to be groomed. Let me tell you how after about four hours, i was informed that she was ready to go home. When i arrived to picked her up, I was so impressed i stood for about two mins just staring at her. She was so beautiful. Her fur was so white and silky, her ears were pink and sorry, even her butt was pink. Her teeth was clean and free of odor and she smells so adorable. I was so impressed. From now on I’ll only be taking Lola to The Paw Shop for grooming.The staff were very friendly and helpful also. I had no anxiety leaving Lola in their care.Thank you for an exceptional job.

The first 3 times I visited and was highly satisfied I was able to walk in and receive a groom for my maltipoo. Having done this a few times before I assumed that walk ins were okay as it had never been stated otherwise. However this past Wednesday I dropped my dog off as usual and then went to run errands. An hour later I receive a call saying we can’t find your appointment. I stated that I did not have one and I walked in as I always have. The employee then tells me that’s impossible because they only take appointments. This was news to me and I stated that I have never made an appointment before and was this a new policy? she said it has always been that way. I say okay and return to get my dog. As I walked in I looked around to see if I missed a sign perhaps that said appointment only I even checked online because it’s possible that I made the mistake. But I failed to see an appointment only sign anywhere. I expressed this to the clerk who had an accusatory tone and said that’s how it’s always been. But I don’t understand why I wasn’t told this before. I asked to speak to a manager but another girl who was grooming a cat said she has many appointments today and many cats today so she couldn’t take my dog. It just seemed unprofessional and I was very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. This situation turned out for the better Thankfully I found another location Topknot with more reasonable prices and a more professional disposition. I won’t be back and it’s unfortunate because I did like this place but this was unprofessional. I would understand if they told me straight and said we don’t have time today but to lie and say they don’t accept walk ins when I have done so 3 times before is outrageous.This is my Response to the owner. Your staff lied to you I did not say I had an appointment at all and that is where my issue lies with your poorly run business. You get a dissatisfied customer and your customer service is lacking I am a very honest person and don’t appreciate the lies your staff told about this unfortunate situation. But you reap what you sow.

Every time I bring my YorkiePoo to the shop he gets so excited. When I say his coat is always shining and teeth is always fresh and clean. The Paw Shop is definitely the place to bring your fur baby.The staff is very attentive and thorough.

I’ve been going here for 5 years now and The Paw Shop is the only place I trust to take care of my dogs. I’ve never been dissatisfied with any of my dogs grooming service nor their customer service. The way they treat their customers/ pets showcase how much passion they truly have.
