I needed to get some documents notarized. The staff was very kind, patient, and accommodating with my elderly father. They were willing to come out to my car to witness my dad signing the documents so that he didn't have to worry about using his walker to go inside the store.

The friendliest shipping I've ever been to since living in Ocoee (7 years). It has the ambiance of you’re important to us they remember names. I've never experienced bad service or an employee with an irritated disposition. I Always can track my packages and they always arrive to whomever is receiving them in excellent condition. You guys are awesome. Professional and provides excellent services. Thank you for being in our community.

Conveniently located, this facility has unfortunately let me down multiple times this year with regard to package handling. On three separate occasions, I've dropped off packages here, only to find that there's no tracking or status updates. Most recently, on October 12th, I left a package in the morning and received a receipt as proof. However, UPS has no record of this package. This has been a recurring issue; even with a receipt in hand, the tracking system behaves as if the packages are still with me.Initially, I thought the lack of updates might be due to infrequent carrier pickups at this location. However, even after waiting for what should have been the next scheduled pickup, there's still no progress. At this point, all I can do is hope for the best regarding my packages. Going forward, I'll opt for the reliability of a postal office or a direct UPS store over this facility.

I’ve been going to The Shipping Center for 2 years, since the day they opened and never have I not been greeted with a smile. Amy provides top tier service and is a very hard worker! Thank you for always helping me with all my shipping needs! Oh, and they are in fact open Monday ~ Saturday. They just started closing on Sunday’s??

I was so excited when I saw this shipping center come in as the location is super convenient on my commute but it’s been so disappointing that they are never open during their hours posted both online and on the door of the building itself. Ive now wasted time trying to make several trips at different times. This is the 4th time I’ve tried with no luck. I guess this what you get with a mom and pop that work when they feel like it? ?♀️

Excellent customer service. They work fast. I needed finger prints for my job. I went to The Shipping Center, not only Amy was patient with me, everything was processed fast. I went on a Wednesday and by next day Thursday I received everything approved for my job. I go there for shipping services, post stamps, the hours and location are customer friendly.

I stopped in the store at the last minute for some business I needed to get done. After calling around to other places, this was the only place that could accommodate my timeframe. The customer service was second to none. Efficient, friendly, affordable and easy.
