If I could give a half star, I would. Their customer service SUCKS! They don’t stand behind their products. They will sell you defective products and not care when you bring it to their attention, less than 25 hours later. They need to learn what customer service is. I’ll never give them another dime!

I've shopped here for a few years and bought a new glass pipe from them yesterday. Got home, and the bowl hole is too small and such little air gets through, that the pipe is worthless. Took it in for an exchange today, and they said that since we attempted to use it, they wouldn't do anything about it. Told the lady that we bought it to use it, but can't use it cause its defective and we just want an exchange. They stood firm on No. We will stand firm on not buying one single thing from them. Too bad they don't stand behind their products ~ particularly since all we wanted was an exchange to a workable pipe. Now, they'll lose all of the vape cartridge and pipe sales from us. Buyer beware.

The most popular vape seems to be strawberry mango in the lost Mary brand or elf bar. It's rare that I am able to buy one here because they are always out. There's an abundant amount of flavors that no one buys, so why not stock up on your most popular flavor? Get it together, tell the owner, I know he's never there but, someone's gotta be doing the ordering

You know the some from" Cheers" the tv show? Well, put that song in your head as you shop Tobacco city!! . It's like going to that cousin's house that everyone loves to go visit and chill with with the open door policy Well, the cousin? Thats Sam and boy is he a trip...He'd either dancing or singing or both to whatever is playing off his playlist. He even takes requests and sometimes photos with you too. . He knows my daughter's and I well, always asking how the family is. He's just good people. He's ALWAYS in the best of moods, which makes you at the very least, smile. I've even called knowing they were 10 minutes from closing I'm 15 mins away and needed to grab incense and a fume and they got my order together and waited to close so I could make it. Pretty cool and greatly appreciated! NAYELI, so sweet and a little cutie too! So, you should stop by to check it out if you haven't yet been or maybe if youre looking for a new smoke shop! Give them a try. Although, all people buying must be 21 or they won't sell to you! If they could they would but alas the rulz are the cruel rulz. Oh and to add to that, don't forget your ID thwyll ask for proof of your age... The lawz are the lawz. Take a few minutes to explore the store's content. I mean you may find out you needed something that you didnt know even existed!!??!!
Located next to Cvs and closes at 9 unless you call and beg for them to please wait, because you're hurrying!! Tobacco City -they seem to help make your days and evenings so much more enjoyable!! So bring your smile and questions. Take care and please remember your manners and be respectful to staff and other customers.

Great owner, knowledgeable, attentive staff and they have the stuff you need at a good price. They have a great selection of tabacco pipes/water pipes (which rangein a very small size to XL and gigantic sizes), rolling papers, cigar wraps among other things like hookahs, vape pens as well as a large selection of flavors. Kratom and CBD can also be found here, I can't speak much on the CBD but the Kratom is pretty good (not the best but it gets the job done and decently priced.) There are very few smoke shops in the Ocoee area. So yeah, all in all I recommend this shop for your needs.

This is my review until this is resolved... I've bought at least 4 quartz bangers from here in the past month. When the 3rd one broke I was getting mad... But when the 4th one broke I finally said something When I called the store and explained, the girl (who was helpful) said she'd have to call her boss to tell her to see an exchange. When she called back she said her boss had said "unless the glass was cracked it's not his fault it's the manufacturer". I told her "I'm not trying to get anything for free. I don't even want a new banger that will break in 1 day.. I wanted to TELL you.. but he's also wrong. He PICKS the manufacturer. If he picks a cheap product to sell then that's HIS fault" She said that they "don't even sell bangers with no brand name on it and I should've been 'Tsunami glass'" (I know tsunami glass... not one of these has been tsunami) I said "well I have the peices in my hand I can show you there is no brand name" Her response was that they may have grabbed a banger out of another peice and.. (I cut her off) "and just sold it to me for $16?..." Then I told her "also NO she got it out of the case with all the other bangers. Why would your employees be throwing default stock crappy bangers in with tsunami glass and charging me for it. That's terrible business" She said that it would be worth the same price (obviously wrong) and that she would have to call when the new bangers were in If you care about your product then it would be better quality. I've never purchased so many of these in such a short amount of time. It was nice because this place is right across the road from me and has good prices (now I know why) ... But I will travel further for better quality stuff... You should do the same

There policy on vapes are trash been going there for afew years now but every time i purchase one some are defective and some are good but since i just purchased one 3 days ago like the next two days after the vape stays on and smells and Taste burned
