Price changes everytime I visit. I went for a wax she stated lip and chin was $18 total and only gave me $1 back in change instead of $2. (Paid with a 20) Let your customer give you tips , don’t take anyone money. Customer service is also horrible! I would definitely recommend trying another shop.

I always get asked about my nails when I’m out and about even the most simple designs, they just do it so well and are so efficient when it comes to the details and care of your nails. I’ve gone here for years for a reason. Thank you for treating me so kindly and I’m looking forward to coming back. Here are pictures of the nails I’ve gotten here including recent 🩷

I asked for a color change today and they were very rude the lady asked me if I wanted a pedicure instead I said no just a color change and she looked at me weird making me feel very uncomfortable. One of them which was an older gentlemen that did my toes even snatched the toe separator off my toes, I said thank you after he was done and he just rolled his eyes. My mom had a bad experience with them and I came to give them another try and they were rude to me all because I didn’t want to get a pedicure but a color change. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone they are very rude and mean. Money is money doesn’t matter how much, and as a customer I am supporting your business I deserve respect regardless of what I asked for I’m still contributing to your salon. Don’t come I don’t recommend!

I stopped in the nail shop hoping to get a polish change while ony break... I never received service because the staff was sitting down in the waiting area which neither of them had enough respect or customer service to greet me or inquire what service I wanted... I quietly walked out with no interest of returning... Have more respect for customers who come to patronize with your business!

I love this salon. I have been a frequent customer since November 23. I usually go to Loc, today I was serviced by Ken. Ken was great, glad to have another specialist in the salon to go to now. I get full acrylic overlay on my toes & nails. They last me so long & my nails have grown so strong & healthy since coming to this salon.

The initial service was good, but I wasn’t fully satisfied with my thumbnail that had one simple design. I went the next day to make a change to the thumbnail, but instead I was led to a fairly rude woman who adamantly denied changing my design. She was not open at all to my ideas, and threw my hand around carelessly when examining it. I didn’t take it personal, I kindly thanked them and made a decision to never come back. Thank you

WORST SERVICE EVER!! Went in for a pedicure and came out with injuries. I was serviced by a short, older lady who was very very rude from the beginning (don’t remember her name). Not only that, she seemed to have a cold a kept coughing on my legs and feet without covering her nasty mouth. I asked her to put on a mask and she acted like she didn’t hear me. & then as she was working on my pedicure, she cut on the insides of my cuticle beds but she cut too deep. Despite me telling her “THIS FRICKIN HURTS”, she kept going and was basically telling me to be quiet. So now I have a sore, bleeding/swollen big toe. I’m so tempted to sue. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!
