Ordered one hitch for my Porsche and they ordered 2 times wrong parts. No discount and no benefits . Make Shure they have the correct part or you will stay more than a week without your part or your car.

A woman called the day before our move and told us the size truck we wanted wasn’t available. Well we decided to get a different sized truck, and she was supposed to update our reservation for a 7am pickup. She did not set-up the mobile pick-up and we had to wait 2 hours for Uhaul to open, setting our move back by 2 hours.

Plenty of trucks available. I stopped at another UHaul store before Ocoee and there were no trucks available. The store was very clean and big. Employees were professional and helpful. I will come back to Ocoee UHaul for my future needs.

Customer service was great at pick up. Did rental online but day before someone called and told me that the place I rented from didn't have the truck I wanted so I had to drive to a further location. Online shouldn't let you reserve a truck if the location you want doesn't have it available.

Moved to new build house.
We used U-Haul many many times. I installed hitch trailer on both on my cars. U Haul was the only moving company I’ve ever used and it was my last time after experience in Ocoee
My husband ordered 3 dozen of furniture pads. While we were wrapping furniture it happened that U-Haul put only 1 dozen in rental truck thought we paid for 3. One dozen still was enough for our furniture. It was crazy 3 days, while we were moving to a new house and we didn’t even bother to pay extra 20$ for non existing pads.just let it go. We dropped off the truck with the same lever of gas. Yesterday, my husbands credit card was charged not only for furniture pads, but also for not returning something they never provided… total of 200$ fine. He called the company, and talked to manager and they told they need to look on security cameras and see home may pads their employees loaded…
I’m opening a dispute with my bank, though 200$ it’s not much, I will not let the company steal money from my bank. I didn’t expect that company could treat their customers like that. This is horrible location and I never had any problems with U hail. And because of my experience I’ll never used U-Haul again

Cole was absolutely incredible! Super attentive, great info for my move and helped load my car with my packing supplies I purchased! It was a pleasant experience working with him getting the stuff I need!

Bad choice for this store.I was treated very poorly by the attendant when I arrived to rent the car, an extremely rude and prejudiced lady. In the end I helped her get a photo of my license and she was super disrespectful and handed me the contract with a mocking look and threw my drive on the table. The car was dirty, smelly, the horn didn't work and out of nowhere it stopped working twice on the road, having problems starting and almost causing an accident. I complained before leaving that the car didn't look good and the guy told me that the car was fine. Pure disappointment!!!!

I've been here multiple times to fill my rv with propane, and every time, there is some sort of problem, but this last time takes the cake. The staff was incredibly rude. Decided to leave after waiting 30 minutes, and no assistance was even attempted. I'm never coming back. I understand my service is a bit uncommon, but that doesn't mean I need to be treated this badly.

I went in and asked for a pick-up truck, a cargo van, or a small truck and was told they had none. Went outside and booked a pick-up truck at the same location within 5 minutes for 19.99. When I got the truck they said it had 3/4 of a tank of gas when it only had 1/8 and the mileage was off by over 100 miles. The app wouldn't let me finish my check in without speaking to a customer service rep. I went and got someone who told me it was fine as long as I had pictures. Left, drove 32 miles, dropped off the vehicle and was told my invoice would be in my email soon. 5 minutes later I was charged almost 200 dollars. I went back and was told by the same employee who did my rental and knew about the milage said it was just a credit hold. Didn't feel right because the email said RECEIPT not invoice. Called customer service who told me that that was the charge and to please send them to pictures. Sent the pictures and filed it for a correction and the customer service guy (Xavier, he was fantastic) told me he is having a manager contact me to discuss what happened since I was repeatedly either lied to by staff or just dealing with a bunch of people who had NO IDEA what they were doing. Either way....do better.

Never enough staff to help, only 1 staff to help a long line. Here to pickup a rental and people without reservations holding up the line.
