Unfortunately can't give zero stars. Made an appointment at noon for a simple hitch install. Got there early. They said they'd call when ready. Dropped of the car, went to lunch, came back at 2. Car still sitting there. They said it would take 4 hours, and they still didn't know when they could start! Had to leave and wasted almost half my day. What's the point of making an appointment if you can't do the work when my appointment time comes???

Do not go here! Don't believe what they tell you! I made an appointment to put my trailer hitch on a week in advance for 12:30. They called and asked me to come in earlier so I came right away at 11:15. I waited until 1:45 and my car was not even moved yet. Someone else was there with a similar problem. The manager Cole even refused to give me back the paperwork. They dont even care. Bad business! Never again.
