Alex helped and patiently showed me a Sr. Citizen how to get correct QR code etc from my phone to get appropriate label for my return since l could not print from home. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Ravi also helped.
Excellent customer service always at this store when mailing packages.

Alex is the guy I always see who takes and sends my packages. He's super friendly and it feel like a neighborhood store instead of a c commercial chain. Alex makes the experience what it is. Friendly and professional.

I'd give this establishment a minus stars if I can. I scheduled an appointment for a notary service today and arrived at the proper location to find out there was no notary available. Unreliable location for notary services.

Joseph F is the best. He’s always friendly and helpful. I have always had a great experience in this store. I work close by so I am there at least once a week.
It’s fun inside. I even heard another woman talk about how much she enjoys going into that specific ups store.
They are all great - but Joseph is the best.

Signing up for a PO Box these past 2 years has been the best experience and decision for our mailing needs my husband and I could ever had made. The employees who work there know our box number and have our packages waiting for us as we come in through the doors. They always greet us with a smile and are always in a good mood. And they always give us many choices for pricing for our outgoing packages. I highly recommend this UPS store!
