Alex is highly helpful, A. he quickly picks the package and informs, that he has been well trained or experienced related to the AT & T Exuipment return - i moved from Department of Navy in Charleston, SC Joint Navy Base to local in Orlando, Florida 32810 - remote as a Civilian now...i wanted to personally thank for the Great job By Alex timely manner- he said they dont take cables- he knows what AT & T Wants - Amazing. I don’t know the issue that other people have with this store, I’ve spent hundreds printing and shipping with them and rarely had any issues. The employees are always quick and courteous, and often go above and beyond to help me.

I utilize this UPS location on the regular for Amazon returns and occasionally for personal shipping.They are always kind and efficient.

Updated review. Went there for an Amazon return today and was taken care of as soon as I entered. Employee was friendly and efficient. Good experience for a change.

This store is always a mess and has a huge line. There are plenty of employees but most stand in the back chatting while 1-2 work and the line builds. They also let customers in line argue with each other without stepping in and telling them to stop. I witnessed a man yelling and berating 2 women yesterday and the employees did nothing to stop it. This store is really bad.

I went to return an item, they told me in order to return the item I needed my license. I came back, brought my license then they looked inside my box and said they can’t return it because it’s a perfume. Lancôme used the same company to shipped the item!!! Asked to speak with a manager, she was very dismissive. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

BUYERS BEWARE. I shipped a package to my son in Wisconsin. Initially, I wanted it overnight which would have cost 180- scaling down to $65 to deliver by Wednesday before Thanksgiving. If I waited until the Friday after Thanksgiving, $21 would have been the cost. And it got there Friday. I called to pay for the Friday cost and the answer was NO. The only guarantee they give is an overnight. There was no disclosure for this. And they don't care. This is a franchise only interested in profit and don't care about the customer. At all.

Excellent attention, the service was immediate. Everyone is very friendly and easy to guide. The service was so fast that I did not believe it.

This is my local UPS store. I do all of my amazon returns here and anything else i need for postage, packing, etc. The staff here is always great. Sarah, the store manager, is wonderful and has great people working in this location. Sometimes there is a line around 5pm, but its never more than a 5 minute wait.

Terrible. The girl at the counter could have cared less about notarizing my mortgage papers. $10 for a signature and a stamp..the stamp was smudged because she did it carelessly and I had to get it redone. Note to self..don’t let children notarize important papers

Gladly. Please don’t go here if you need something printed- go to staples or a library. I spent half an hour using the computer at the front of store, with a mix of waiting for the computer to load and restart to it just processing very slowly. Compared to another store I went to, you have to go to such great lengths just to get something printed. Note I’m not a senior citizen- I’m only 28 and this is probably the worst experience I’ve had with a computer since I saw my mother on a MacBook for the first time.

Stopped to print 2 papers in color from my USB drive. As Istarted to look the printer I was told I'll get help with that. Apparently they don't have ink. She claims to be having problems with her printer after I waited on line. She even offered me in black. I told her they don't need to be perfect. They are just pre-paid parking, but I need them in color. She said I could comeback another day...really!I got my prints at the FedEx store, no wait...
