From the beginning, they were quick to respond, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to assess my grandmother's property and made what could have been a stressful process much easier to navigate. I especially want to recognize Tony, who went above and beyond trying to help me find a buyer for my grandmother's 1967 Pontiac Bonneville. Although we ultimately weren't able to make a sale happen, I could tell he genuinely put effort into trying to find the right person, and I really appreciated that. It's easy to provide a service, but it's another thing to make someone feel like you're genuinely trying to help them. Renee and Tony did exactly that. Thank you both for your responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing estate sale services in the Sanford area.”

“This is hands-down, one of the best thrift stores in all of Orlando. The Salvation Army family store on W. Colonial Dr. in Orlando Florida has incredible vintage and antique glass and dishware, vintage clothing, amazing furniture and art and the prices crush other thrift store such as Goodwill. They are so reasonable - and not only that -the staff are so kind. I received the best customer service from Donald and Rachel, Who are beyond patient with me as I always end up arriving about 20 minutes before they close because I’m coming from after work and they are the sweetest most professional people I’ve ever had the privilege of interacting with. I’m going to continue to go there and I encourage anyone who hasn’t been to check out the Salvation Army family store in Orlando Florida on W. Colonial Dr.”
