Had mailbox rekeyed. They never dropped keys off. Lost the keys. And then got rid of all our mail because it’s ’vacant’ even though we obviously live here considering we got it rekeyed. Rude almost every time we’ve gone in. And very unhelpful.

The short guy doesn’t like his job and scanning packages are really annoying to him. If you have a small business and need to mail more than a couple of items, take your items elsewhere, he doesn’t want to do his job. I’m afraid to go back . I don’t want my packages to “disappear “ because he’s annoyed.

Love my Post Office Box - easy in and out, and no one steals my mail, like with a street-sids box. Also, the staff at this location are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They do a great job. Highly recommended.

My only complaint is that the drop box inside is too small. We need one like the Winter Garden post office with a self service kiosk.

Had a cell phone shipped to me with USPS as carrier. The driver never attempted to deliver it and put a note for me to come and pick it up at the post office. Went to the post office and they said the driver has it on their vehicle and to come back in the morning. The next day was a repeat. The driver never attempted to deliver it and left a note for me to pick it up. We watched the driver leave the note in the mail box. So there is no scenario for me to get my new phone because either the driver won't deliver it and the post office doesn't have it there for me to pick up.

Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Even when there is a line of people during rush hour the staff works very efficiently so the wait is never long. My favorite USPS location ever!

Me and my mom package said delivered in parcel locker and there’s no key in the locker these people can’t do anything right with they job how hard is it to deliver a damn package

Love this post office. Staff are always friendly. They work quickly.Even if there's a line during the holidays, the wait is minimal.

Lots of negative reviews BUT my experience was great! Superb customer service, it wasn’t busy when I got there and I got really quick service, and the associate was very helpful with the information and products I needed.
