My only complaint is that the drop box inside is too small. We need one like the Winter Garden post office with a self service kiosk.

Had a cell phone shipped to me with USPS as carrier. The driver never attempted to deliver it and put a note for me to come and pick it up at the post office. Went to the post office and they said the driver has it on their vehicle and to come back in the morning. The next day was a repeat. The driver never attempted to deliver it and left a note for me to pick it up. We watched the driver leave the note in the mail box. So there is no scenario for me to get my new phone because either the driver won't deliver it and the post office doesn't have it there for me to pick up.

Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Even when there is a line of people during rush hour the staff works very efficiently so the wait is never long. My favorite USPS location ever!

Me and my mom package said delivered in parcel locker and there’s no key in the locker these people can’t do anything right with they job how hard is it to deliver a damn package

Lots of negative reviews BUT my experience was great! Superb customer service, it wasn’t busy when I got there and I got really quick service, and the associate was very helpful with the information and products I needed.

This location is great! There is seldom ever a line and the staff are very friendly. They always have a good selection of stamps (I love the special commemorative stamps).

I LOVE this post office location! It's the only one I will use in the area. The workers are phenomenal and care about your packages! Always a great environment and I've had wonderful experiences shipping hundreds of packages through them!

They never answer their phones. I need to put in a complaint on the driver who delivers in Wentworth Townhomes. The driver keeps putting my mail in the wrong box. This has happened so many times. They need to further investigate this issue. And they need to answer their phone. This can fall under fraud or security breach, providing my personal information to others. The driver needs to pay more attention to what they’re doing.

Amazing customer service!! The ladies that worked today were so sweet and helped to get through the line very fast.All of their shipping products were nicely organized. Very clean location, too.Love the parking out front and on the side!

I recently had an issue with a certified mail not being delivered. It was shipped through a third party who securely transferred it to USPS where USPS then lost the mail. After opening a case and USPS confirming they cannot find the mail, I was told to go to my local post office which is this one. Even though the letter was lost through USPS, this post office refused to either send another certified mail or offer any refund and told me to go back to the original third party. I went back to the third party service and they said they did their part and show they securely passed the mail onto USPS. They are not the ones who lost the mail so they did not offer any reimbursement either. Issue is not resolved and I paid for a service that was not never delivered.

The mail man keep putting “no mail” in my mailbox when I still live here and have sent back TWO packages after I’ve reported this before and was told it would be fixed. The no mail sign was removed by me and replaced by the mail man again. I called and PEDRO barely listened to my issue which made me frustrated and told me and I quote “ I have to go , I have an important call”. He needs to be fired. How unprofessional. Your customers are important
