My husband and I have had an excellent experience at Value Store It, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and secure, making it a great choice for anyone looking to store their belongings. But what really stood out to us was the exceptional customer service provided by Maria.
From the moment we walked in, Maria greeted us with a warm smile and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain the different storage options available, answered all our questions, and made sure we found the perfect unit for my needs. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the experience so much easier and enjoyable.
I highly recommend Value Store It, and if you visit, definitely ask for Maria—she's amazing!

I've had my storage here for over a year and I never worry about the safety of my items or the cleanliness of the facility. Maria and her team are awesome. I also rent Uhauls from here when I have large events.

I want to say thank you to Maria for going over and beyond to assist me with figuring out how to not put so much on my self and she gave me a couple of ideas and options helped me out a lot and I was able to get the job done. I greatly appreciate the staff on all that they do. They always helping me with my problems and delays. Very understanding as well. And Armando jumps and assists me with my delay issues cause I come across often and the maintaining that also need. Very good with feed back when getting things done. Thank you team with all that you do I appreciate it. ?
