Value Store It is clean, well lit, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We have had a storage unit at this location for the last year. I worked with Armando to set it up for my daughter to use. He was excellent to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! The entire experience has been incredibly positive!! I wish they also had locations in north Florida as we have had such a great experience!! I would highly recommend this location!!

Had the opportunity to work with Maria. She explained in detail pricing and the size of units. She took me on a tour of the facility and answered any question I had. She provided me with a business card for the facility. This facility is clean. I highly recommend this facility for all your storage needs.

I have been a customer at Value Store It in Ocoee for over a year. I can honestly this has been the best storage company I’ve used in the 20 years I’ve lived in Orlando. The customer service is excellent! They are super accommodating, friendly, clean, reasonably priced, and safe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! plus they have the cleanest bathrooms ?. I highly recommend this establishment. I walked in and Maria at the front desk immediately made me feel like a friend. She was so personable and patient with me. She showed me the different sizes of unit offered which allowed me to make an educated decision. The place was also spotless and the price is right. Yes, indeed a great place to have your items secured.
