I'm really starting to dislike this location. My prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. I've made 3 attempts to pick up my prescriptions and they sill weren't ready each time. They always have students working, clinicals ,free labor. It's never the same person. I'm just sitting there in the drive thru watching them laughing having a tee he he happy time while I'm wondering what's going on. Finally I see the pharmacist fill it. She realized I saw her and she went on chill mode because my face said what I was feeling. Frustration and anger. I guess they thought I couldn't tell that was my prescriptions but I could. I'm so disappointed.

Was profiled by all staff. Was debating on what product to purchase and I️ look up and I️ see 3 staff members hiding watching me, like I️ was going to steal something. Tacky and unprofessional

This Walgreens says they open at 7:00 am. It's 7:30 am. I called their corporate office, this lady told me that the cashier was running late they'll be opening at 8:00am. They have no respect for the customers.

Horrible. Made an appointment to get Covid shot. Arrived and they had no idea what I was talking about. Lady then said "system was down" so no prescriptions or anything. She didn't seem to care. Said I could "come back tomorrow maybe." Also, she had 2 inch nails so I was a bit concerned about her being able to administer shots anyway. Store was filthy inside as well.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They will only leave you frustraTed!As a customer of Walgreens for many years I’m blown away by the service provided by the Pharmacy staff today. I called at 5pm to ask if the refill I requested on the app could be ready sooner than Monday.I was placed on hold multiple times. The phone would ring after approximately 2 min and the person would just place me back on hold. I was finally able to get to a pharmacy tech and she explained that my insurance company required that I use their 90 day service not my local pharmacy. I spoke to my insurance who provided an emergency release of the med.At 630 pm I called the pharmacy back to notify of the emergency release. After 2 min a young lady answered. I explained the above. She verified my date of birth and said “ok”. She became quiet and I assumed that she was researching my case. I then hear hold music. The phone rang after a couple of minutes of being on hold. Each time it rang, someone picked up the phone, and without saying a word placed me back on hold. This scenario occurred multiple times for 20 min until finally someone hung up on me.This was a very avoidable and unnecessary scenario. The attitude of these workers shows me that Walgreens cares nothing about their customers. I will be moving my prescriptions to CVS. As a nurse I plan to tell all my patients to steer clear of Walgreens!

My son’s doctor called in a prescription that my son needs and we were told it would be ready in a couple of days. We went to pick it up four days later and they said they couldn’t get it. Meanwhile, my son is out of medicine and they’re saying the doctor has to call another store to get it. Why weren’t we notified!!!

Paid $18 for an awful passport photo. The guy who took my photo gave me incorrect information. He told me I could’ve show teeth when I smiled and I had to tuck my hair behind my ears which was untrue. So I made my own photo and sent it to this location to print. When I got there the clerk couldn’t find it and it ended up being in the trash bin, no prior notification given. I think her name was Ren, she said Walgreens policy states she can’t sell me my photo. I asked her to point me towards that written policy because I missed it when I read the photo policy and she could not. She told me to call 1-800-Walgreens. I understand they want to make money and honestly $18 is ridiculous. However I did my due diligence by paying the $18 but I was given incorrect information which caused me to hate the picture. I’ll be refunding the passport photo. Walmart prints passport photos for $8.

Pharmacy staff is rude, incompetent, inflexible, and unwilling to help. Better to drive a few miles down the road to Publix Pharmacy or CVS. Even Walmart is better!

If I could give negative starts I would, rude pharmacist, and the pharmacy tech are the worse always giving attitude when a customer point out their mistakes that they don't want to fix. They never called the doctor office when they are supposed to, they said that is not there job, is the patient job but as a patient we don't what is cover or not cover until we found it with the pharmacy. I can't wait to change my parents out of this pharmacy. They need to hire someone else can do a better job then the ladies they have in the pharmacy. Bring the old people back with excellent customer services. They treated the customer with respect, unlike the staff they have now.
