They lose my primary insurance every time. Making it hell to pick up prescriptions every time.

They have been taking care of my grandmother for years now and have always been kind and considerate with her. They offer advise and information on anything she asks and are always patient something I am thankful for. Claire and Anam offer outstanding services and are a golden standard.

Told me they couldn't fill a scrip because Drs name wasn't checked. His signature Was on it but he didn't check the box withhis name. Said they called the office and none andwered but when I called someone answered immediately and called Walmart to confirm scrip. They were very rude and made it hard on the doctors office and me. I recommend going elsewhere

Negative 3 Stars - Refuse to fill legitimate low-dosage prescription submitted by FL licensed med office because the fax is from their CA home office and they claim they cannot verify it, YET it is the same exact prescription picked up there regularly, ordered by the exact same office which they've already verified *FOUR* times (not exaggerating). This time I asked if/why they keep discarding the records. They just verified most recently in February and January and are requesting it now - so every month this year. When I asked why they keep discarding the records they said that that exact pharmacist who happens to be working that day has to have personally verified (I've had different people every time recently). I guess they don't trust their other pharmacists. What prompted me to write this review is that they recommend I end my standing relationship with my doctor who I actually really like, because they're not in Orlando - faxes from Tampa is too far too they said. I have a great relationship with my doc. He's also a professor, which I find really cool. I don't want to switch doctors because of their silly policy that doesn't even exist at other pharmacies. I called another close by Walmart Pharmacy to check the policy and will be switching to them as they don't require ongoing verification about the same exact prescription from the same exact FL licensed docs, and confirmed they would not have refused to fill it. The disruption in my routine will affect my sleeping and eating for the weekend, not pleasant or necessary at all. This is the first time they've refused (bc it's a weekend and the Dr Office is closed til Monday). The other times they needed to verify, I just have had to wait for like 20-40 minutes while they did. Also, the parking lot is usually busy. Positive 2 stars - They usually have a pretty short wait time as far as customer pick up line goes. That's definitely a plus, as long as they don't make you wait for four-times-received verification once you get to the window.

Had the medication I’ve been looking for over a week in other pharmacies available and ready in less than 30 minutes. On top of that, very friendly staff. Good job guys!

Went there after many issues with Walgreens on Silver Star and Clark. Met the pharmacist Jordan , he was great. Very good about explaining certain procedures which no one has ever taken the time to explain. I noticed his interactions with other guests and could see he is very customer oriented and wanted to provide great service. He is definitely a shining star in Walmart and in the pharmaceutical industry. Thank you Jordan! ?

Jordan the pharmacist is a respectful, very knowledgeable, and utmost patient young pharmacist. My family has been doing business with the pbarmacy going on four years now. I don't live there but my young daughter does and she has very specific needs (think compound phqrmacy needs) AND she is always able to speak with Jordan and do a counsult in a prompt, patient and knowledgeable manner. She has been through alot due to her individual sensitivities to pharmaceutical and even though is is highly intelligent herself she cannot be her own doctor when situations arise and her health fails. She has high trust and confidence to call or speak with Jordan and his way of handling and managing the pharmacy and the rest of the pharmacy technicians and staff are superb, professional-high quality. For a super walmart pharmacy-this one deserves my high marks! Thank YOU Jordan and the team!! Highly indebted

C'mon folks, give them a break. Do you have any idea how much accountability and red tape it takes to get you your $13 Rx? With all the regulations for Medicare, Medicaid, Your insurance, your discount plan, calling your doctor, your coupon, generic vs brand name, grouchy, impatient customers....on and on and on. And God forbid they lose track of one Percocet. It's the most complicated transaction there is. We all owe them a debt of gratitude!

I usually never have too much of a problem with them, but I recently went in for some antibiotics and they didn't give the correct number of pills.

They use to be slow but they have improved. So 4 stars this time. The cashier is a little unfriendly but the others are great.
