I was at the branch to ask the staff for help since my debit card was left in the outside ATM machine... I was hoping to meet the general manager who has earned my admiration for his genuine attention that radiates virtue, but he was not there, Instead, I was served by a lady Muhammad or something like that. I don't remember her name very well, but her face from the moment she approached me was as hard as a rock. In fact, she seemed very upset, her hands were shaking, I think it was because I asked her to please check the machine to look for my card, which she refused to do, telling me that she will only request a new one... what happens in this case is that it had happened to me in the kissimmee branch where all the staff assisted me with great kindness and speed. I went to the machine to open it and give me my card... it seems that it was a lot of trouble for this lady in this branch... now I have to wait for a week another card with another number and with which I will have to make all the respective changes in all my scheduled payments just because of your unhappiness... I have spent all this time wondering whether to leave it in the bank

So bad, I make an appointment for 2pm I came 30minutes before I wait until 2. And the guy come to me and said I have to wait 30minutes again because they are short of person, he said the executive is helping to the person on the line for order stuff but I make an appointment, he told me to set up an other appointment. I think when you make an appointment you suppose to be serving first

I came in here a couple days ago and invested 55k into a cd at 5.03% for 11 months. i thought great this would be great for my parents.they set an appointment today at 1:30 and was not helped at all. after 30 minutes of waiting my mom got up and asked if she was supposed to sign in or something. they said no probably another 20 to 30 minutes. and nobody once got up to her and asked if she was goodcongrats you guys lost out on a 200k investment

management is horrible wasted my time today when i could have went to another location. no bankers. they all move to slow i will never come back to this location again its sad.

If I can I will give nagative starts. No value of customer or their time. 2 bankers just waste time sitting on a chair and not caring about people's time. Manager was roaming around but didn't attention me at all.

Went to this bank location as a vendor doing work on some equipment there. As I was working. I would hear the voice of a young man who greeted everyone who came in and checked to see if they had been properly taken care of as they left. His voice never sounded forced. Each time, it was with sincerity and genuine care. You can tell he meant every word he said to the customer. I'm still working and a staff member who was going on break said thank you for my work and asked about my well being and again, it was filled with sincerity. Before I was done, the manager Angel came up to me and I knew right then why the people were the way they were. One, I think they really are that nice and two, the manager leads by example. I can see he fosters that and brings it out of the people there. If you want a place that cares for you and wants you and your money to go further. I don't know if this is the bank but this is certainly the location…but if they are any indication, the bank is solid too. This location sets the customer service bar.

After spending two days trying to change something simple on my account I was finally helped at this branch. The customer service here is top notch! Claritza Garabitos helped me within 5 minutes of us walking in and I was out of there with all of my business handled 10 minutes later! In the short time we were in the bank we were also greeted by the manager who was very accommodating and personable! This is definitely the only branch my family will ever do any business! Thanks again!

I was selling my house in Alabama and had to wire closing costs. I had all the instructions and my ID and debit card. Was still questioned if I was committing fraud. No, I'm just selling my house. Manager came over and told me if i don't answer security questions about my account (what kind of loan i have with them) then they will refuse to send my wire. I didn't remember if it was my or my husband's car financed with WF and it took me a minute to think so manager says"FOCUS! You have to know the answer!" I was like whaaaat. Who talk to people like that. Soon after I closed my account and I'll go out of my way to never bank with WF

Terrible bank. Literally stole money right from my account. I dont even want the account in the first place. They dont provide any services that arent completely forced on you anyway. All they really do is put a barrier between you and YOUR OWN MONEY and act like a parasite.
