Just picked up my 2nd recumbent from Tim…..ICE Sprint X. Totally love it! I learned about Tim and Bend Revolution for a bike mechanic in Venice, Florida. He said if you want a high end trike and great service, then take a day and travel up to Odessa. He was absolutely correct, worth every mile driven. Tim is honest, dependable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. He goes the extra mile with his clients. 5 stars all the way!!!!!

My circa-2012 StreetMachine was nearly destroyed. I had left it parked for many years next to driveway salt in the northeast and seemingly every aluminum part was badly corroded. Realistic options were either the sell the frame (little value on its own), scrap the bike, or do a complete rebuild. I was pessimistic about being able to find a bike shop that could do the rebuild, let alone do it at a cost that could feel good about. Enthusiasm grew when I found Bent Revolution as a specialist in recumbents, and more so when Tim agreed to evaluate the bike and give me a quote. I won’t pretend the project was “cheap” - this was a complete and complicated rebuild of the bike - but the cost was well within the price range that I could feel good saying yes to. Tim was super-easy to work with and finished the work ahead of schedule. My only regret is not having done a “before” picture so that it would be more clear that Tim took a salvage situation and transformed it into my frame-up “new” bike!!!

We’ve been going to Tim since 2017, when my wife bought her ICE trike. We live in Michigan and spend the Winter in Florida. Each year, we trust Tim, and Manny, to provide a thorough and excellent service. In addition, we have purchased two electric assist motors and drivetrains. The trike is running beautifully.We travel over an hour each way to have Tim take care of the trike. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Tim runs a great shop. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and a go-to person for anything recumbent. I've bought two trikes from Bent Revolution, both exactly as Tim suggested they would be. No surprises. It's not the closest bike shop, but it's the one I rely on.

I have a husband who is an avid bike rider and I would be an occasional participant, mostly reluctantly. In early 2017, he was riding a recumbent bicycle and we went to have new handlebars installed. While we were waiting he encouraged me to just try a tricycle they had in the shop. It converted me to a little kid riding wheelies down the alleyway and through the streets of Venice, Florida. I fell in love. We found Bent revolution and I wound up buying my Ice Trike there. I fell in love. But I also fell in love with Bent Revolution. Tim is a great salesman and owner; he provided advice without pressure as I tried every trike he had. His mechanic, Manny, is just terrific as a mechanic and a human being. Since that initial purchase, I have bought 2 e assist motors through him, have had all my maintenance done there. They take the time, they do the work and they stand behind it. Can't ask for much more than that.

My wife and both purchased trikes from Bent Revolution and very thankful to Tim for his help in choosing the perfect bikes. We thoroughly enjoy every time we ride. When purchasing and servicing these trikes, you need expertise and Bent Revolution has it all.

Although I don’t own my ICE Sprint X Tour recumbent trike anymore, I will say that Tim’s sales and service were always beyond expectations. Five stars are not enough for this shop! Where most retailers fall short is in honesty and consistency. Tim’s integrity stands out!

We bought a ICE Adventure HD 26FS Recumbent Trike, that was advertised on Facebook Marketplace from Tim at Bent Revolution. We were a couple of States away, but we're heading to Florida for a Trike Rally in 3 days. I contacted Tim, told him I wanted the trike, and would be picking it up in a couple of days. Tim sent me an invoice online, and I paid part, with the remainder to be paid upon pickup. The entire process went seamlessly, and Tim even helped me install some Accessories I brought with me. Then made sure my wife was comfortable with the operation of her new to us Trike.Tim is very helpful, as well as very knowledgeable about all things Recumbent !Bent Revolution is in my opinion, a Premier Recumbent Trike/Bike dealer !You can't go wrong with Tim Segart and BENT REVOLUTION !

Tim at Bent Revolution is an all around great person. He’s very knowledgeable about bicycles and more importantly about recumbent bikes. I purchased a recumbent bike from a lady in Wesley Chapel who originally purchased it from Tim. He recognized it immediately and took care of my minor issues. I just brought it to Tim roughly 3 weeks ago because I was hearing strange noises and he immediately knew what was wrong and promised to have it fixed in 2 days. True to his word I picked up the bike on the second day. I recommend Tim at Bent Revolution to all my friends and family. He is reasonably priced and does fantastic work. Thank you for always keeping my recumbent bike going for me.

From the time I decided to buy a two wheel recumbent , through the ordering process, and finally picking up my HP Velotechnik Street Machine, Tim was very knowledgable , patient with questions about options, and a great all around person to work with. We really enjoyed his u tube videos on the bikes and he always has time to answer questions. When I picked my bike up Tim took a ride with me to make sure I totally understood my bike. I wish we didn't live 1000 miles from his shop.

At my wit’s end with my great-grandson’s bike (which I had inadvertently broken), I reached out to Bent Revolution hoping it could be fixed! I knew there were several issues, one more annoying than the next! I arrived first thing in the morning and within about 40 minutes, everything was fixed and running beautifully! I know Logan, my great-grandson, will be thrilled! Sheer joy for a 5 year old! THANK YOU SO MUCH, TIM! Thanks for your skill, care and jokes! You made my day and Logan’s too!!!

I am not a very good fan of this business. I initially went to this business on Saturday Oct 22 and brought my recumbent bike to have a few things done to it and before i left there i was told the bill should be around $90. (and i have a receipt stating that amount) I had left the bike there and returned today, Thursday Oct 27 to pick up the bike and pay the bill and was billed in the amount of $160.00. I had asked the owner about it and told "well thats the bill and sorry about that". I paid the bill and moved on, but that irritating gut feeling that this practice is wrong i had to vent and give my opinion. I am a self employed person myself and deal with people that I have to quote on and I have never jumped a bill, and in fact I stuck with the quote and lost money on the job. This is wrong, and needs to be accountable for this error.

Tim was referred to us regarding a Trike we purchased online, that he was familiar with. Tim gave freely of his time and valuable insight while fully inspecting everything. We purchased some add-ons which he installed and then showed us how to easily load the trike w/out folding it into the car. That was awesome! Definitely get your Trikes and shop needed add-ons from Bent Revolution!!
