“Gears were slipping on a bike I bought second hand. Took it in, within a few minutes they had fixed and added air to tires. They refused to charge me for the service even when I argued. If I had tried to fix this, it probably would have taken me hours and I would have screwed it up and ended up taking it in anyway. I appreciate this generosity, their expertise, and customer service. Will definitely be taking all our bikes there for any service or fixes (and obviously expect to pay lol)”
“I bought a lightly used Specialized Turbo Levo Comp from an individual. I took it in for service, and not only did they fix the issue that I had created, but they took 30 minutes explaining the bike and getting me up to speed on maintenance requirements, and overall use / care of the bike. Amazing considering I didn’t by this bike at UBC. Service like that isn’t easy to find these days. I’ll be back - Thank you.”
