“We recently purchased a new bike (the next size up) for our 6-year-old from Walmart. She asked if we could put the training wheels from her old bike onto the new one until she felt more comfortable riding it.
We brought the bike in, and John was incredibly kind and understanding. He took the time to take the bike apart to see if the training wheels could be installed. Unfortunately, the new bike isn’t designed to accommodate training wheels. John very gently explained to her that learning to ride means it’s okay to fall sometimes, and reminded her how lucky she is to have such a beautiful new bike.
We are so grateful to John and the shop for their patience and encouragement—and for not charging us for their time and effort. It truly meant a lot to our family.”

“Used google maps to call area bike shops, and it turns out many were permanently closed, or did not provide service in the SW Pasco area. With that said, calling around led to finding a GEM! Bent Revolution is absolutely my first call in the future! Tim encouraged me to visit that day, and was even willing to stay open, until I could make it. Wow, did the planets align! My mountain bike has had zero use, nor service, in 12 years. I dragged that bike around Army base, after Army base, always intent to fix the bike. Well, needless to say, I retired from the Army with a neglected MTB - - of which, Tim & Manny restored in less than a day! I am beyond thankful to have found a trustworthy bike shop and a team that is genuinely passionate about what they do!
