This location is ran terribly, I tried to make a large withdrawal from my business account to hold in physical cash… the main teller was “nervous” to help me withdraw so she had to talk to 2 other employees, they made it a big problem and a difficult interaction for me to Withdraw my OWN MONEY. I got interrogated to take it out. Ridiculous. Didn’t even apologize. Wont be coming to this location any longer.

Terrible service. In a bank that's empty and has no one to serve, they ask for an appointment so they can provide information. Why are they open if they can't provide service? 0 rating

This place is ridiculous they have one person on Saturdays. It's not a brainer that weekends are a big customer service day for personal banking, but no, they do the bare minimum. The poor lady that works there, you can tell she is also annoyed at having to work under those conditions and take the frustration of the clients for corporate lack of action and set a budget for one more client specialist for the weekends.

Drive through ATM will take you card and hold it. Screen never changes. Finally let my card go after pressing clear and cancel a bunch of times.
