i went to pick up my prescription of azithromycin due to my cough on 7/31 or 8/1, i asked in driving did u add in my extra care account he said no idea. i was rushing to go home since was not feeling well. but felt like my prescription are not getting added in extra care, also have told pharmacy to get me the round tablet of Carvedilol and every time they make a mistake filling oval shape.

I walked in and it was a nice looking store on the outside walking in, when I got in, I got an overwhelming smell of body odor throughout the whole store. I got home and can still smell it in my nose.

Worst customer service ever. I had a few ittems and went to the register to check out. I waited for over 5 minutes and finally someone came to check me out. I asked if anyone worked there and I was told that they do……But everyone is busy doing other things.I work for a place that if I told customers that I would not be employed anymore.Then when I was leaving I heard her laugh. The worst attitude ever. I usually do not like to give a bad review but this just really upset me. Wish I had the name of this employee or my receipt. I was too upset and left the store without it.

The pharmacy is awful at this location. Twice now I have ordered refills and they were not filled even 48 hours later. There is no way to talk to an employee, you only get voicemail if you call the pharmacy. We also had a 90 day Rx get only 60 pills. When I called to let them know I was shorted I was given a horrible attitude and told that they don't just give over pills to people and would need to investigate. This was a blood pressure medicine, not a narcotic and I didn't demand extra pills. We will see about getting all our maintenance Rx changed to mail order and find somewhere else for other Rx.

I did a passport photo at this location and paid $100 to ship the passport documents, but the file was rejected because there was a shadow in the photo and the photo was too dark. I wasted $100 and time because of an unprofessional person working at CVS who didn’t care to take a proper passport photo.Don’t take a passport photo at this location.

Ran in last minute today and the staff was amazing. We needed mineral oil and an eye dropper for our sweet pup and the staff could not have been more helpful. So appreciative for their helpfulness!

We love this CVS. We have been using for years now since opened. The store is clean and organized. The pharmacy staff is very kind and go above and beyond to help. The pharmacist in charge, Erika, is the BEST! I would def recommend them.My recommendation to improve store experience is to make wifi available for customers so we can access email/web to get coupons when is not available on CVS card.
