“I took my grandchild to be seen. It was good experience. But I explained the situation and. they said we could be seen. We'll, the provider said to mme, that we need to go to the ER for blood work & testing. The person at the front desk should of known to.direct us to go to the ER. So, we had back to back Doctor visits on the same day. It was a very long day. My husband said that the urgent care could take care of our grandchild. But I was trying to tell him the ER would be best. So, go with what you feel is best. Do not second guess or have others change your mind. It will save time & money.”
