Scheduled an oil change online which is supposed to include a 29-point inspection and a tire rotation. I also asked if they could put some air in the tires. Which was confirmed by the lady at the front counter that they would do that. The shop ONLY did the oil change. No inspection, no tire rotation and no air in the tires. I asked at the counter if they did everything and they confirmed they did not because the “tread looked fine”. The guy who did the checkout said they can do everything but I would have to leave the truck until close for everything to be done and I had to call an hour and a half after the truck was dropped off to find out the truck was ready. Everyone was polite but not sure why they didn’t complete the entirety of the oil change package. Probably won’t go back here.

BEWARE ! NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE - My wife had two flats on one side of vehicle and had to be flat bedded to this shop. I chose this shop since it is close to our house. Do not purchase tires from them unless you know the market price. Since it was towed to them I could not do a price check. Turns out they charged me 70$ more per tire than the going price. I also asked Jackie to mount the new tires on the front. She said no problem.
Turns out installing two new tires are supposed to be mounted on the back. When I picked up the vehicle I asked another worker why they were not on the front. He told me new tires must be mounted on one side. When I called the next day and spoke with the same person he denied telling me this and confirmed they were mounted on the back.

Why bother having appointments when it takes 20 minutes to check-in while 4 people stand around and chat in the work bay area? Get to the desk to be told that your appointment means little and you will be here longer than you planned when making an actual appointment.

Went in for tire rotation. Jackie and Pat were amazing!!! Will go back for all my maintenance from now on.

Most honest location I’ve ever seen, compressor was growling so I assumed it failed. They did an evac and recharge and saved me saved me $1500. I HIGHLY recommend this location. Extremely fast and great communication. Thank you guys very much

I had a great experience at this location this go around. I didn’t schedule an appointment and was able to get my son’s car in. Marcus was great.
Unfortunately what started out as an oil change only ended up turning into a good amount of work, i.e., oil change, new tires, new brakes, new battery, and alignment.
The total cost ended up being over $1,800, which was about $1,700 more than expected. Marcus found coupons that ended up saving hundreds.
This experience alone would have been 5-stars but past experiences have not been as good, which drove the 4-star rating.
As a note of caution, NEVER use the online reservation system for next day reservations or reservations that are two days out. Goodyear’s online systems do not see the stores actually appointment, so the system always over schedules which results in disappointed customers. This is something the employees in the store have zero control over. ALWAYS call if you’re looking to have some work done same day, next day, or the day after or you might find yourself very disappointed.

Made an online appointment for an oil change. When I arrived I was told I’m not in the system. I asked to confirm the address to be sure was in the correct location and was told they don’t know their address. The only helpful thing I got was told even with an appointment an oil change is 1 1/2 hour wait. On top of disappointment they are apparently super slow as well. Would not recommend this location. Think I’ll stay away from the whole chain since their technology doesn’t work.
