“2025 update: They have since installed an automated/24 hour access system. At first I was skeptical, but it is AWESOME! Super simple to use and you can get your dry cleaning 24/7. What could be better.

“I've been using Northdale cleaners for about 20 years. They've done it all for me, dress shirts and slacks when I worked for a company that required men to wear a "leash" (tie), to my military uniforms. Never a problem and always on time. Now I'm self employed and retired from the military so now I just get my party clothes done and I'm always spiffy! “I have been using this dry cleaners for two years. Janis is absolutely outstanding. My clothes are always done very quickly. I always get a text letting me know when my clothes are ready. I have never had an issue. Janis is always extremely pleasant and jovial. She even returned a significant amount of money that was accidentally left in one of my jackets. I highly recommend her and this dry cleaners.”
“I’ve been using this laundromat for awhile but every time I go in there now, it’s homeless people looking for money. Sometimes I’m alone in there with homeless men and although theres cameras and sometimes I see one of the cleaning ladies, it’s time to find another place. It happened again today, homeless man sat right beside me looking for money, not cool, I went to use the bathroom, someone ? on toilet paper and put in the trash, smelled like death”

They keep the place clean and maintained.The prices are very reasonable!If you look around the surrounding area you will find that other laundromats charge a considerably higher amount! They have cameras to monitor the area and it is open 24/7.”
“We moved down to Trinity in November of 2022 from Maryland and have used these Cleaners ever since. Monica is a joy to see and they are always so courteous and friendly. They do our cleaning in a day as well. In Maryland our dry cleaning took a week. Love these folks.”

“It's a good place and convenient to my house. The staff is helpful and friendly. They do their best to keep the place clean. I wish the parking was a little better, but there isn't any way to really fix that. Prices are reasonable. My laundry comes out clean and smells nice. I've read a couple of comments to the contrary on here, but the machines can only do so much. You can't overfill the washer/dryer and expect the same results as doing them the correct way.”
“It's a little far from my house but worth it. The dryers are great! The price is better than the place I used to go to, and there is an app you can use to pay for both a washer and dryer... I love this option. Just come early, as it gets busy quickly. I try to go around 6 am. if not earlier. Also, they need more carts. Other than that, this place is great.”
“BEST dry cleaners in East Lake area I’ve ever used. Switched from Quality Plus Cleaners after they lost my dress shirt and didn’t do anything about it (even though they said they would). In the last two years, I had only one small issue that this business communicated promptly with me and made it everything right in the end. I highly recommend Majik Touch Cleaners!”

“This is pretty much the only laundromat I go to it's definitely help in the bind or pinch it's very convenient especially the hours I wish the channels on the TV were a little diverse but that's not why I go there it's a really good watch house”

“Clean place. Very busy on the weekends but during the week it's not. Open 24 hours so you don't have to worry about rushing to get there or to wash/dry clothes. I'd recommend using their app to pay to wash and dry clothes because they don't have an ATM to withdraw from. You'd have to make a purchase and get cash back. Or just make sure to bring more than enough cash. Prices are fair and the same no matter the time of day. If you get hungry while doing laundry, there's plenty of options to choose from within walking distance of the laundromat. I just recommend doing your laundry during the week.”

I have to say that the service in this place is worth being a customer.
I have been taking my dry cleaner to this place and the last couple of times we have had issues with our clothes being slightly damaged because of the way they pin them.
Rick the owner reached out to me as soon as he saw my review about what happened and tried to make it right by asking me to take the clothes in so they could see them and did a complementary dry cleaning service for the items and changed the way they were delivered with a better hanger for delicate clothes.
I appreciate him reaching out and making my experience worth going back.
