“2025 update: They have since installed an automated/24 hour access system. At first I was skeptical, but it is AWESOME! Super simple to use and you can get your dry cleaning 24/7. What could be better.

The work has been perfect and the service is friendly and helpful. My husband is a flight attendant, so we do a good amount of dry cleaning each month. It's important for us to have a trustworthy dry cleaner that does excellent work. Northdale is not the closest dry cleaners to me, but they are worth traveling to.”

“I’ve been using this laundromat for awhile but every time I go in there now, it’s homeless people looking for money. Sometimes I’m alone in there with homeless men and although theres cameras and sometimes I see one of the cleaning ladies, it’s time to find another place. It happened again today, homeless man sat right beside me looking for money, not cool, I went to use the bathroom, someone ? on toilet paper and put in the trash, smelled like death”

“Words can’t begin to express how grateful I am for the upstanding folks running this facility. There was a mix up with blankets, apparently someone else grabbed my blanket mistakenly and I was left with theirs. Without going into too much detail, I was devastated. But wait, all hope was not lost, I gave the clerk my phone number in case the other client returns with said blanket. This was maybe 3 weeks ago.. I had let it go. Until my phone rang today and it was the super kind helpful gentleman letting me know my blanket had made its way back to the facility. It wasn’t just any blanket- it was a 10 ft by 10 ft oversized coma inducer down alternative king size Massive blanket lol. I headed over to the laundromat, and there it was, waiting for me! It was my first experience having gone to a laundromat. I’d also like to mention how kind and patient the attendant on-site was who helped me when I initially started with the comforter, I had a lot of questions lol. Looking for Outstanding customer service for your laundry experience? Look no further, my friends.

“It's a little far from my house but worth it. The dryers are great! The price is better than the place I used to go to, and there is an app you can use to pay for both a washer and dryer... I love this option. Just come early, as it gets busy quickly. I try to go around 6 am. if not earlier. Also, they need more carts. Other than that, this place is great.”

I have to say that the service in this place is worth being a customer.
I have been taking my dry cleaner to this place and the last couple of times we have had issues with our clothes being slightly damaged because of the way they pin them.
Rick the owner reached out to me as soon as he saw my review about what happened and tried to make it right by asking me to take the clothes in so they could see them and did a complementary dry cleaning service for the items and changed the way they were delivered with a better hanger for delicate clothes.
I appreciate him reaching out and making my experience worth going back.
