UPDATE*
I have to say that the service in this place is worth being a customer.
I have been taking my dry cleaner to this place and the last couple of times we have had issues with our clothes being slightly damaged because of the way they pin them.
Rick the owner reached out to me as soon as he saw my review about what happened and tried to make it right by asking me to take the clothes in so they could see them and did a complementary dry cleaning service for the items and changed the way they were delivered with a better hanger for delicate clothes.
I appreciate him reaching out and making my experience worth going back.

I had a fantastic experience at Majik Touch Cleaners! The service was incredibly professional, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My garments were cleaned and returned in a very timely fashion, looking fresh and well-pressed. I was especially impressed with how quickly they handled my items without sacrificing quality.
I will definitely be returning for all my dry cleaning needs in the future. Highly recommend!

Staff at Majik Touch was pleasant, courteous, and professional. Prices are competitive and when I come back into town, I will be sure to visit them again.

They do not live up to the advertised service. If you advertise times, prices and values- then you have an obligation to live up to them. No wonder employees and customers keep leaving.

Best customer service! I always have good service but today I had the best service! The representative (curly red-ish hair, working PM 3/31) was professional, used my name several times in our interaction and really went the extra step to assisted me with my larger pick up. Just wanted to shout out in today’s world it’s really noticeable to get excellent service. Also I have been to the Lutz location many times also has good customer service.

After coming from another cleaners that lost my husband pants I was weary of trying a new place. I have to say this cleaners really gets the job done and I don't worry about anything getting damaged or lost. The service we Receive from the morning girl can't be beat either I feel like family when I walk in. all employees are friendly and take the time to listen to how we want our items done. They don't charge any extra for stain removal either
