“Wow I actually never have had a better experience shopping at a hardware store. All employees seemed happy to be there and had exceptional customer service. They knew exactly where the items were and directed me to the correct isle. Not to mention, the employees are also comedians! Had a great laugh, time and left with all the tools I went looking for!”

“We went to Sherwin Williams to ask some questions about one of their paint finishes. We ended up talking with Josh who was very knowledgeable and helpful. That makes a big difference, especially when you compare them to somewhere Home Depot. Speaking of, to our surprise the prices for things like painters tape, rollers, etc. we're cheaper than Home Depot and Amazon! I was definitely not expecting that and it was a nice surprise.
We avoided going here because we assumed it would be overpriced. Turns out they have more knowledge AND better prices. Good job Sherwin Williams and Josh!”

“The workers are rockstars! I needed some touch-up paint for some walls in my house that was painted 10 years ago. They still had the hard copy of the painting companies order and was able to pull the right paint. Also, they went the extra mile to make sure the paint color matched. Over the years, paint codes change a bit, but they were able to match the color from 2014. Amazing!”

“I just wanted to share my experience with dealing with this particular Ace Hardware. I was looking to purchase a new grill. I looked at what they had to offer and met Dominic. He was the go to person that knew all about grills. He was amazing! He shared his knowledge of grills and what was appropriate for us. He not only made sure we got our grill before the Fourth of July , he also made sure my mother’s was delivered the same day! ( I was so impressed with him, I had told my mother to go there to deal with him as well) I will now go here for anything we need in the future. Thank you Dominic! Appreciate you!”

On top of helping me with color selection, they were incredibly kind and willing to help me with an unexpected issue I had, which I deeply appreciated. Andrew was professional, patient, and genuinely sweet, and Michael was just as helpful and attentive. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. “I seen the colors on another building and had a hard time matching the colors didn't know there were different shades of that same colors. So Mario lent me the color chart so i could match the shades. He was a great help . Thanks Mario glad I stopped in at that location.”
