I normally don’t indulge in writing reviews for such a business but as a loyal Publix customer; I’m beyond dissatisfied in this particular location.
Staff aren’t as friendly and or happy as other my experiences at many other locations “shopping is a pleasure “which is understandable due to everyone isn’t always overly happy like myself. This has been my 2nd and final distasteful experience here.
I asked the cashier for a manager to simply inform them that almost the whole shelf of not 1 but 2 different items was expired 02/13/2025 and todays date is 06/24/2025 and both items in which was bogo!
To start the cashier stated there was no one available so a gentleman called for someone by the time the “manager” Patrick came up I’ve already been waiting a unwanted amount of time as I was on a quick lunch break. I informed him of the incident and asked if he would discount the item that was on the verge of expiration due to it being Bogo and it was the only one I’ve found. He gave me a hard time about it and nothing was resolved.
Needless to say I won’t be returning to said location ..

I recently visited the Publix Super Market at Shoppes at Trinity Lakes in Odessa, FL, and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The store is exceptionally clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
One of the standout features is the ample parking available, which made accessing the store hassle-free. The variety of products, including a wide selection of organic and natural options, was impressive. I also appreciated the convenience of their curbside pickup and delivery services, which are perfect for busy days. Overall, this Publix location offers a pleasant and efficient shopping experience, and I look forward to returning

The helium balloons last forever 💕 The graduation cake and birthday cake are both beautiful. The fruit platter for birthdays is a big hit! They were very accommodating when I said kids don’t like cantalopes and pineapples ; they were able to just skip those 2 and add more strawberries Abby grapes 🍇 instead. Plate was gone same day. Employees are so kind and helpful .
