I want to share my positive experience with StorQuest. Every time I rent here, it’s a real pleasure. The property is consistently clean, and Nina, the property manager, is truly wonderful. She has been incredibly accommodating to me and my company, TGH Urgent Care. I’m happy to say this will be my third time renting because of Nina’s exceptional service and her fantastic attitude. Starting price was $75 bucks, went up to $89 after which was normal and i expected. 2 months later we got a jump to $184 per month. When I called, they said this was a standard market adjustment. So in 3 months time, the 'market rate' doubled. They would not negotiate on this rate or reduce to our original rate from just a few months prior.

I see you responded. I contacted that number before posting the review and was told there was nothing you could do and that an 100% increase after 3 months was normal.

Great storage facility. Had two units for over a year, and never had any issues. Kat at the front desk is amazing. After moving out of a unit on the day my payment processed, she worked with management to get my payment refunded so I wasn’t paying for an empty unit. Highly recommend if you need storage in the Odessa area.

I had such a great experience with Kat at the front desk! She was incredibly friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. Kat even brought waters for my daughter and me while we were getting things set up. It’s rare to find someone so kind and efficient. Highly recommend StorQuest, especially thanks to Kat’s amazing customer service!

From the moment we pulled up to our unit to start moving our stuff into storage, Kat was very welcoming and bubbly. She offered us water and popsicles on a super hot day, to keep cool, she checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything, and thanked us multiple times for renting at Storquest. The few times we ran back into her, she was the same welcoming, bubbly person. It is evident she likes her job and that is important to see as a customer. She’s a one-of-kind, kindhearted soul. Nina was also very helpful when finding us additional units that we needed and helped when we had an issue with billing. Would recommend to rent from Storquest in Odessa.
