Came in for a flat tire. They told me I needed a bike tune up ! I didn't believe them, but did it any way. They were Right. I could go on for pages on how they have slowly and kindly showed me the better way to enjoy my bike rides. I have learned to trust them and respect them for all there knowledge.They all work really well as a team and each takes turns helping me with my hundred questions. They really make my wife and I feel welcomed no matter how busy they are. The Suncoast trail is one of Tampa bays best keep secrets, no cars just miles of smoothly paved "THERAPY"!The shop is directly across the street and the guys are so helpful and kind! Finally just pick up two new Trek Madones for my wife and I. The guys help us setup computers, new bike hitch(so nice), proper shorts, and two incredibly fast bikes! They are always concerned about the safety on the Trail. Just wish I would have gotten to know them little sooner in my cycling therapy!Thanks guys!

Trek Land O Lakes is a 5 + star Bicycle Shop!! I own a Schwinn. Bike with many many years and memories attached to it and they all treated me and my bike as if it were on of their own $6,000 bikes for sale ! I just went originally there for 2 new inner tubes and for some unknown reason the tires went flat overnight 3 different times! Each time they were great and told me to bring the bike back in and they worked on my bike each time until they figured out the problem . They went out of their way with excellence!! I can’t thank you all enough for giving me back my bike with memories!!!?

Took a mid-2000s Gary Fisher bike in for tune-up. Tech was extremely well-versed in what it would take for the older bike. Result—the bike “rides like new”. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
